This D &D is operating beyond its means. Dirty. Needed a cleaning. Cashier was abrupt, snarky. She kept repeating«I’m never working 2nd shift again.» Said to another staffer«just give em decaf they don’t know the difference» Didn’t give me a receipt. Expo practically threw the food at me. Was hastily put together. See photo. Other locations are much better.

How can an ice cream shop be out of ice cream? I went through the drive through, ordered two cones in two flavors; pulled around as instructed, waited… only to be be informed that they were«out». As in out of ice cream. Maybe they could have posted a sign or maybe told us at the ordering post? We waited for fifteen minutes. This place is derpy.

Terrible service. Ask associate a question, and he has to go in the back to ask the manager. I order coffee and a sandwich, pay with my credit card and wait about 10 minutes for someone to yell from the back«who ordered the turkey? «. I am thinking to myself, wow with a place full of customers why would you yell to your associates like that. No, that yell was to us customers. I ordered the turkey sandwhich. «Well we don’t have no turkey.» Yep, so I wasted my time and time is money in this society. The manager makes no concessions to try to appease the situation, pays me back in cash and sends me out a disgruntled customer without any cares. Will never spend my time or money at this establishment.

This used to be a regular stop for me. Until it changed owners/managers. Whoever owns this franchise location now has allowed it to become a sub-standard location. I know it is just a fast food place, but the previous manager seemed to run a very tight ship. People are now dressed inappropriately. #pantsontheground. No interest in quality anymore. Too bad… it was so convenient. Not going back. Ok. Went back… needed ground coffee… got it… it was HOT… I asked why? I guess they stored it in direct sunlight… read the bag people… that’s not how you store coffee…

The selection is not as fresh as previously. I went there and ordered a bagel with butter. 40 cents for butter, then they barely put any butter on the bagel. I had to ask them to put more butter on it. I feel this location needs help in the category of customer service, they also need to improve their drive thru situation it is currently like a circus.

Dunkin ’ Donuts on Lee Rd. OPEN24 hrs. They need to close down. Donuts are hard. I just don’t understand how some of these places stay in business. It’s like eating plastic displace donuts. The lady was trying to give me the hard donuts. She wanted me to take extra ones to compensate for the hard ones. lol

Friendly non ghetto staff. Open 24 hours. Early lobby(inside) hours. For a donut n coffee shop that’s better than most ! Better bagels than phoenix or stone oven!

This place is REALLY busy in the mornings. I am not a donut fan, but like their tasty breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Their coffee is usually hot and good as well. I’ve never liked their custom drinks, but some do. Their iced tea is really flavorful. Service at this location is good as well.

This is my usual morning coffee stop, and it’s generally good. The few time’s they’ve mixed something up, they have always taken care of the problem with no fuss.(And it’s been very few times) I much prefer this location to the Mayfield Heights one. Food and service is remarkably better.

I feel like I only say bad stuff but I’m not! I’m just warning you! They are close. They are Dunkin Donuts. They’re coffee should be good. It’s not. My theory is that they don’t clean their coffeemakers because it’s usually busy(i.e. turnover?). Even their iced coffee tastes stale. I don’t go there. I’ve also almost got into fights in their drive-through(my ex actually did get into a fight). They have a horrible system — two driveways on either side vying for the same drive-through. Fights do break out. The parking lot is hard to navigate, too. The bagels at Einstein’s are really good, but I don’t have an Einstein’s near me. That said, the place is ALWAYS clean with a varied selection of donuts. You’re warned.

The donuts here are the least of my concern. They are adequate… average… merely«okay.» Oddly, the place with«donuts» in its name excels at other things and merely gets by on the donuts. Coffee, bagels, and hot breakfast sandwiches. Mmm… First, their famous coffee. What Dunkin does that nobody else seems to have been able to master is that they give you hot, flavorful, caffeinated coffee that doesn’t make you shake, sweat, and crap in your pants. I wish that I could say the same about some of the tastier artisan coffees out there, but I cannot. Dunkin delivers the flavor and the wakey-wakey without the ill side effects you find elsewhere. Next, their bagels. Better than Panera, and cheaper I believe. I made my own steak, egg, cheese, onion, and pepper breakfast bagels on Sunday and couldn’t have asked for a better bagel base. They do a great«everything» bagel, too. Finally, the breakfast sandwiches. There aren’t a lot of places around here where you can get a hot breakfast sandwich on a real croissant. There is nothing good or happy about a Croissan’wich. They just make me angry. But Dunkin’s sausage egg and cheese croissant is damn near perfect. I love you, Dunkin. I love your coffee… whether it’s from the drive through, ground and brewed at home, or through my french press at work when I’m really feeling the 2:30 blues. I love your bagels and your croissant sandwiches. Get your donuts straight, and it’s a 5-star review.
