I understand why McD is losing customers. I jumped in for breakfast, ordered my usual #4 and pastries with coffee. Tons of frustration: coffee was missing vanilla flavor, timer on pastries has expired 15(!!!) hours, sandwiches were ok though. This location is out of my choice now. Let’s eat fresh at subway or taco bell

By far one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. I was definitely not expecting much but wow they amazed me. First of all, the lady on the speaker at the drive through was having a full on conversation with her co worker. We heard the whole thing. We had to repeat our orders more than once for her because she was talking. After we handed her our card she swiped and continued to laugh and giggle with another worker and had us waiting to hand us the card. After we finally got our card back we pulled up to the second window and there was no one there. A minute later the worker the first girl was talking to pops up still giggling and tells us to pull up to the side because the order wasn’t ready. About five minutes later a guy comes with our order. I didn’t check if everything was there because you’d think they could at least get that right. WRONG. The hash browns we repeated twice for her to charge weren’t there. We asked twice for one of every sauce. We only got sweet and sour and habanero ranch. McDonald’s workers really don’t have to do much push the right buttons on a screen and pack an order. It amazes me that these ladies were so incapable. I supposedly spoke with the manager over the phone who refused to give me her name but I’m more than positive it was one of the girls that answered the phone. Unbelievable.

I’m a regular at any McDonalds in general and this location is chic. Pretty futuristic looking so kudos to the renovation inside and a play place for the kids. Not much to say other than it’s what you would expect on the menu from any McDonald’s in Socal. Never had any issue here, staff is on point and I’ve been able to redeem free shit here with my mickey d’s app yeaaaa buddy

Don’t forget to check your bags. I ask for 3 sugars I get 2, ask for sausage I get ham! Really!!! I went to McDonald’s for convenience to run to work but when the employees are so busy talking and not paying attention to the orders it’s a waste of money and time. Management should really do something to fix it.

«WOW» would be the simplest thing to say but I must be a bit more specific. Service was quick and friendly. Dinning area was very clean and spacious. They even have a large tv so you can watch your news. Restrooms were the cleanest I’ve ever seen in all my years of being a McDonald’s customer. The kids play area was excellent. They even have hand sanitizing wipes available as you leave the playroom! Most definitely the best McDonald’s to dine at. This will be our spot from now on.

I was here couple of Saturday’s ago to get breakfast for my colleagues at 6:15AM. I ordered 25 deluxe breakfasts. Total came to ~120 I think. Employee at the counter quoted me 10 minutes to get the order ready. Staff had food ready in 9 minute. They offered to even load up the truck. Colleagues were super happy to have piping hot food. Pros: Efficient staff. Very clean restaurant Ample seating, large play area, TV’s playing news. Cons: None.

Janfet helped us at the window and she was awesome! I always have something bad to say about this place but she was super nice and helpful and gave us the best service we’ve ever had at this location in the past few years. She’s very pleasant and for it being so late she had a great attitude and energy !!! Give her a raise, make her a manager, it’s people like her that give the awesome experiences and makes u keep keep coming back.

Very time I go to this McDonald’s something is wrong with my order. I have to check my bags before driving off just to make sure. They always give me a look like are you serious as I’m checking them. Then when I tell them something is missing they give me attitude. Come on guys get it to together your job can’t be that hard.

After ordering two large fries to go with my family pack, I noticed something was off. The large fries were 50% full. This can be because of negligence or the company ripping the customer off each order. This is a huge profit on their behalf and a slap in the face for the customer. I will not attend this location again.

This McDonalds’ customer service is awful. Cashier gives attitude. Asked for a ranch, a buffalo and a. barbecue sauce, she said yes; when I got the order I asked if the sauces were in there she said yes and gave attitude… Lo and behold, no sauces!

Oh McDonalds, always there when the craving for an artery-clogging meal is just too strong to handle. I had a McChicken the other day, totally ignoring the fact that there wasn’t any recognizable pieces of chicken in that bun. Your fries– oh so salty and delicious, just keep me coming back for more.
