Subway

Terrible! This is the second time that I get here at 7:10 in the morning and it is closed. They are supposed to open at seven in the morning. Terrible!

This is my post workout spot and I have to say the location and food is great.
The best thing about this subway is the staff. I’m always greeted and treated with professionalism.

Worst subway I’ve been to. Employees seem like they’re forced to be there. Store is somewhat clean. Majority I come here the sandwiches are made messy.

Great service !! we were helped by a very nice gentleman named Gabriel. He was very pleasant to speak with and made our late night food run a nice experience. He was patient and made sure our sub was perfect. He went out of his way for us and didn’t look miserable or like he hated his job. Please hire more ppl like him. We were in a funk cause we were tired and hungry and Gabriel completely put is in a great mood. Thank u !! Ask for Gabriel the best sub artist !! give him a raise!

This has to be hands down the worst subway I have EVER been to. I work nearby and have given this place 4 chances to change my first thoughts, but each and everytime it gets worse and worse. I always place an app order and it’s never ready at the time I choose. One time they said they gave the order to another customer. This time I got a buy one get one special and she said «I thought it was only for a certain holiday» I showed her on the app and she said she has to call corp to confirm. I have been here for 20 min now and nothing.
Sandwiches: they put the entire stem of cilantro in sandwiches. This stem is the size of my hand. A bit gross. When she added ranch to my sandwich it came out watery at first. The cucumbers are a bit shriveled
Cleanliness: they’re wiping down tables with a wet napkin, not a towel or sanitizing spray… a napkin. Chips are well stocked, trash isn’t over flowing
Will I come back? Nope! The staff is rude and they want to contradict everything that is already in writing. I have a fresher sandwiches by Subway.

This has to be one of the worst subways in terms of service… come here a few times when I go to the near by target or home depot and let me tell you this, don’t waste your time or money. Go to the next one or eat taco bell, panda, or the burger places by the theaters
Rude, slow and unprofessional

The most OUTSTANDING subway I’ve ever been to. Ask for Rosa, she makes the BEST sandwiches because she cares about what goes in the bread, on the bread, and around the bread aesthetically.
I have eaten here for 4 years and dine in and out for lunch. I think their produce comes from a really good market because their tomatoes are firm and flavorful and cucumbers are ALWAYS crunchy and sweet. The bread is fresh, the veggie parties are divine, and their chicken breast are kept warm in some kind of steamer, NEVER cold.
If you like subway, please check this place out and ask for Rosa!

I’m actually a fan of Carl’s Jr but i decided to try a sub here cause I saw the commercials and thought what the hell. Man the bread was stale and I needed a better welcome than what i got. i know it’s fast food and I shouldn’t expect so much but it just wasn’t worth it. i’m going back to Carl’s, haha

The worst thing EVER happened to me in here!
i got a medium soda with my sandwich and decided to get a root beer from the soda fountain. BAD IDEA! whyyyyyyy did i press the button for the root beer… wait for the fizz to go down and then noticed IN the fizz a hamburger patty sized PILE of freakin ANTS??? i didn’t really notice until i saw the fizz and pressed the button. ants were waterfalling out of the damn soda fountain! i told the two girls who worked there and they were like «oh shit we forgot to clean it this week» or something like this then they giggled and told me to get whatever soda or water i wanted from the beverage fridge.
i don’t know why i didn’t call the health department, managers, district managers and/​or demand my money back (this was about 2 years ago but i wanted to share my experience on Unilocal) but i wish i could go back in time and do so. that was the most disgusting shit ever!

I arrived at this store a 10 a.m. T E N in the morning for a Western egg sandwich. When I arrive I noticed another customer waiting by the coffee for it to be brewed or serviced. I thought nothing of it. There was no one in line so stepped to the counter and instead of being greeted by a worker a CRYING BABY walks in from the back room to the counter area eating a subway cookie. Once again a baby is wandering around BEHIND THE COUNTER. Then two employees come to the front and act as though a baby crying wandering around is the norm. I try to not let that discourage me from ordering. So finally I am asked what I want. I ordered a foot long breakfast sandwich. The worker disappear in the back room for two minutes and then comes to the front and goes two a bag with multiple leftover 6inch flatbreads and puts those together. Once again, I keep my cool. Then she asks if I want egg whites I say yes and then she disappears in the back for 4 minutes this time. All the while the baby is now crying louder and walking out where customers are at and back tracking to behind the counter. All of a sudden the employee comes out of the back with two extremely frozen egg whites and throws them in the microwave while she stands around looking at the now screaming baby. 3 minutes into now waiting for the egg white to thaw out, I leave. I will never return to that extremely HOOD Subway. Period!
Update: they have a new crew in there now so I will bump their rating up.

I usually dont make a big deal in reviewing places that are everywhere, but I had to make a huge exception for this one. When I dont feel like eating fatty foods I turn to Subway. My older sister has always taught me to make sure they make the sandwiches YOUR way. So to every Subway I go I rate them in my head. Were they nice, did they get everything I asked for right, when I say «a little» did they actually put a little, and especially, Do they make it sloppy?!
I usually have a complaint about every sandwich…
However one day I ventured into this Subway really wanting my new favorite sandwich «The turkey avocado» YUMMY!!! its like it was made for me! I try and only eat turkey and i hate paying so much for extra delicious avocado.
From the beginning the guy was polite and listened to everything I said, «Everything except onions» :)
MOST of the time when I say everything except onions, the person questions EVERYTHING they put in, «tomato? lettuce? jalapenos? bell peppers?» makes me want to yell it out «EVERYTHING EXCEPT ONIONS!!!»
anyways, he didnt ask such dumb questions, he made it so perfect! He even lined up the avocados just like in the commercial! (I’ve gotten them all clummped in the middle)
Nothing fell out and nothing oozed out as I ate it. :) I was happy!
So thank you guy at this subway for making the perfect sandwich!
And yes I’d marry you if you made me sandwiches like that for the rest of my life!
