The Tasty Menu

(Updated) Extremely upset with the service! I ordered a salad with grilled chicken on it, when my salad arrived the chicken clearly did not look good. I called back Tasty menu, explained that the chicken did not look good and she got nasty with me saying they cook their chicken fresh everyday (not this day)! The owner came back with new chicken. When I showed him the chicken he admitted that it was not cooked all the way, here is new chicken. I stated I did not want to keep the salad because raw chicken was on it. They refused to give me a refund. When I called back Tasty Menu and they hung up on us multiple times and (a lady) actually said very rudely «We’re not going to refund you and don’t order from us again!» Then she hung up on us. Even after my order was $ 15 and generously tipped an additional $ 5 tip. Eventually they did refund my order but not without the owner/​manager being nasty 4 – 5 phone calls later. When a customer is displeased with a meal it doesn’t pay to be nasty and rude especially when you admit there was raw chicken. This is BAD BUSINESS, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

Great food but horrible service. I ordered online and was told it would be 20 minutes. I waited for over an hour and when I called to ask where my food was, the person on the phone was incredibly rude.

We ordered from work today and the food was great! Delivery was prompt and the food was hot! Most important everything was there! And the amount of food for the price was generous! We will defiantly order again!

This place is excellent. First of all it’s family owned and operated, the staff is super nice and accommodating. Secondly, I use this restaurant as a vendor for our employees lunches and this place never disappoints! The food is always fresh and delicious and it’s our favorite place to order form! They have a large variety on their menu so they have something for anyone. The little ways that they go out of their way to show their appreciation for their patrons does not go unnoticed. I cannot say that I have ever been inside the restaurant but I have had it delivered several times and it’s just the best around. :)

Food is good, but the wait is ridiculous! I’ve had multiple employees call orders in a half hour prior to pickup time and when they get there, food is either not ready (not even started) or partially complete. And forget about walking in and ordering, we are lucky to even be able to eat our food within the 30 minute lunch period we are allowed.
All in all if you have a good amount of time to sit and wait for your food go here. Otherwise If your in a hurry, find another spot.

Family run restaurant in the best sense. Food always fresh. Outstanding homemade soups. Don’t miss the chicken noodle, it has the power to cure! Am also a big fan of the cream of mushroom.
