A total Disaster… the employees and the manager can be summed up in 3 words… Stupid, slow, and indignant. There were literally 10 – 12 customers all waiting for their orders over 20 – 30 minutes… I am not exaggerating. What they watched while they waited was a bunch of jerks that didn’t give a damn about anyone… the place was disgusting… we just left without our food and wrote off the $ 20…we felt so stupid for even attempting to buy food there… Mcdonalds needs to fire everyone that works here and spend about a week cleaning the place and hire new mgmt and hire employees that care

That’s about right! Very poorly run establishment. And they want to be paid $ 15 an hour? Must have been 9 – 11 employees and the wait like was 5 deep for food post ordering. Waited 10min for a biscuit? They were all goofing off and a couple looked like new employees, didn’t know what to do, just standing around? One couple in front of me had to bring the order back twice? Serious management issues?

This place is dirty and gross. Do yourself a favor and drive a few extra miles to the Love’s Truck Stop McDonald’s. That one is much cleaner and the food is way better.

I wish I could give this McDonald’s no stars. Gross, dirty, slow, rude. The line for drive through was so long I skipped it and went inside and that line was long as well. Flies everywhere and literally one person working. Ugh.

On my way to Bracey, VA in July, I wanted to stop for quick bite. Two people in front of me and it took me almost 12 mintues to get my food. Manager was behing the register trying to take orders and «manage» while two employees stood behind her the entire time and talked — neither volunteering to help. Getting cold fries didn’t help.

Stopped here to get my 3 year old her beloved nuggets… flies everywhere, long lines and some kinda blower above the door! Every time somebody opened the door, there was that annoying blowing noise!
Additionally, the place is in need of an update and a good cleaning. Worst McDonalds experience EVER!

This store is very old and hospitality is lacking something fierce.
Stop at the mcdonalds in North Carolina in Henderson or Oxford. The service is so much better. The one in Oxford was just rebuilt in 2012.

Counter service & cooking crew can be sometimes disorganized causing waits for even the simplest of items so don’t be surprised if you see a cluster of folks standing around with a somewhat lost look on their faces. There doesn’t seem to be any type of actual system other than give your order, pay and then step aside /​back and wait.
I’m not a regular here though so perhaps I’ve just hit them at a bad time the few times I’ve stopped by on my road trips. Restrooms are clean though and the fries are usually nice and hot so its an OK McDonalds in my book.
By far the worst McDonald’s ever. If they had a no star option I would utilize it. This place is dirty. The drive thru is slow. They always get my order wrong without being apologetic. They always run out of stuff. I prefer the McD across town at Love’s truckstop.
