Service still outstanding… this place is loud and busy but the workers are always hopping. The Managers are always coaching and directing… wish I owned this place. The customer base is a bit ghetto these days… but this place keeps standards high. Sweeping the parking lot in winter… customers dumping garbage out thier doors… wowzers.

I ordered 6 snack size mcflurry with extra toppings on it. I specifically asked them to stir it once and then but the extra toppings on it WITH OUT mixing it again. I told the Manager (Dawn) that i paid for extra toppings without it being mixed. She argued with me and stated that she made it and put extra toppings. I asked her to make one of the Mc flurries over because the top came off (after she slammed it on the counter) and some of the ice cream was on the outside of the cup. She got aggressively loud, said no and then slammed the window door in my face. I will never come back to this location and deal with her stinky attitude. (Dawn)

Just terrible I got the mcmuffin for my cousin without egg and here it is without meat! By far worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I remember calling a few years ago when they got my order wrong. The woman said she would send a gift card. It’s 2014 Where is it? This place needs to shut down. I don’t know how this place has 5 star reviews maybe the 5 star reviewers work here. When you are in the drive thru ALWAYS check you’re food before you leave!

I always find the criticism ironic for establishments like mickey dees. Sure some knuckleheads work there, but if you watch the them work during a rush time they get you in and out fast. Mistakes are resolved, the food is always hot and this place is clean. Perfect, hell no. But this is about the best fast food place around and I have been in this area since 1969.

I’ve lived in South Holland for 20+ years and within the past year the service has deteriorated for both the drive-​thru and inside! I ordered a chicken wrap with no sauce via Drive Thru, came with sauce and cold fries?
Wanted a coffee only on Fri 10⁄10 around 10:40am, went inside to save time and it still took 7 min to get just a coffee?
I asked the manager, and her response was that it was the cashiers fault since she just made the coffee?
No wonder McDonalds is having issues, last time I’ll go there for just a coffee!

So this is one of the only places open on a Sunday in South Holland. I arrived at 10:50 and my first quest was at what time do you serve lunch. The very rude lady says 11am. I said ok, Can I place my order now it’s only 10 min away I will wait till you’re ready. Before I even finish my sentance shes like NO. Im like ok… I will LEAVE…

Good service and standard looking. Nice staff and clean. From where I sit I cannot see any outlets for computer use… probably because it’s a bit outdated. 3⁄5 because of outdated and location.
