They don’t have honey. They never have had honey at any point that I’ve gone in the past 5 years. There’s probably more but I’m just going to be petty. Like they are for not stocking the honey packs. (Muttering) dry biscuit having selves…

The drive thru staff had people waiting while she helped the manger take bags of food to her car! From my experience it looks like the were stealing food! The manger had a big bag of food and then the drive thru teller brought out an even larger bag of food while we waited over 20 minutes for our food! Unless this location does deliver service as a company I would look into this! Then the young lady at the window had a very bad attitude because customers started complaining!!!

I’d give ZERO stars if it would let me.
Waited 5 minutes before they would even TAKE our order, then waited almost another 20 minutes to get our food.
Everyone had a bad attitude and no one apologized for the long wait.
Not going back.

Didn’t receive a lot of shrimp with my $ 7.50 meal. The rice was bland. They didn’t have macaroni and cheese or beans. My coworker got corn and the juices exploded all over her arm.

This place needs to be shut down it they always tell me to go park outside in the front and when they tell me to do that (most of the time) I always wait there for like 10 – 15 minutes. The lines are so slow they have attitudes there is a man who is the manager and this other woman who I like with them they always take care of me and rarely tell me to go park in the front and wait but the others are GHETTO! They seem and talk like they hate their jobs and have huge attitudes the only reason I come to this location is because it’s so close to home I wish it was more like the one in calumet city

Unilocal! Why can’t I give zero stars!!! The woman taking orders in the drive thru had THE worst attitude in the history of bad attitudes. I know Popeyes isn’t exactly a dream job but at least act like you have some semblance of couth and pretend you won’t be spitting in my food. My order was $ 15.17 so I was expecting a lot of food and to NOT have to pay an extra 38 cents for barbecue sauce. I opened our bags and A) there were only 8 pieces in my 9 piece nugget meal, B) the chicken tenders were tiny — like half the size of tenders at other locations, and C) there were about 5 fries in each order AND they were barely warm. I went back in to complain and EVERYONE in the store had a shitty attitude, the manager, the woman who gave me an extra piece of chicken then took it back and said «What? Oh? You don’t want it?» with the stankest look on her face. I shouldn’t be eating fast food anyway and this Popeyes made me realize the error of my ways. Drive to the Popeyes on Sibley in Calumet City and avoid these clowns at all costs.

I usually would never write a negative report but this place needs to be shut down for real. They never have any chicken. They are always out of something it is so frustrating !!!

Oh man the people who work here are SLOW! I has to wait 10+ minutes in line with only 2 people ahead of me.
The cashier was looking out the window when I was ordering so I stopped talking. She then looked at me and said she was listening. Weird.
I then had to wait another 15 minutes to get my food.
I do like the food but it’s not worth the wait.

Think I hit this place at the wrong time… Understaffed and slow!!!
