I received steroid injections into my neck for treatment of herniated disks over a period of 4 months leading up to an enriched platelet therapy injection all in an attempt to heal an injury I received from a chiropractor. From the outset, I told Dr Khan I wanted to fix the problem and that I wasn’t interested in medication and long term treatment. The end result is that the treatments did nothing for me and I paid an exorbitant amount to Wasatch Pain Solutions for nothing other than they got to collect my money and my insurances money. I would not have had an issue with this, as I sought treatment of my own volition, however, I just received notice that I was turned over for collection of a debt to them. I have paid them EVERY time I received a bill and I spoke with the collection agency and they are unwilling to give me the information I require as to which date there was a missed payment. The woman I spoke to said it was a number of small charges accrued over the length of my treatments. They also said I received numerous phone calls in attempt to collect the debt. All of which are lies. I never received a call that I did not return, I always paid any bill I received from them. I can only assume that they added charges for no reason and turned them over to collection to try to get more money. I am sickened by their behavior and I would NEVER tell anyone to go see them. I hope they go out of business, they are awful!

This business is terrible. They are just out to get money. I went to the Pleasant Grove office, where they took a short history and told me I needed a MRI. I ended up not getting an MRI, but they billed $ 432. Do not go to them!
