A Massage For All Seasons

Seriously, the best massage I’ve had in my life so far. A friend of mine who joined me also said the the same, so this place must be doing something right.

Got myself, mom and sister in law in same day for a 90 minute massage. Great ladies and convenient location!

Well where do I start. First of all this was my first massage and I was a littler nervous going. But WOW Mart not only made it very enjoyable, but walked me through everything as well. I have never felt so relaxed in a new situation before. Many would expect it to be awkward but I felt like I was talking to my best friend the whole time! Thank you Mary! You have got a new customer for life! She is very knowledgable and is happy to happy any and every question!

I just came here last weekend with my boyfriend. We were in desperate need for some massages and we called the same day and we were able to book noon massages. When you first look for it, it’s in a strip mall. Looks unappealing from the outside but the inside has a nice homey feel to it.
I had a Swedish massage and my boyfriend got the deep tissue. I had Melissa and she was amazing. She got all the knots and discomfort out of my back, legs and feet. I can’t compliment her enough. She said she felt all this tension in my legs and feet and she spent extra time with them to make it feel better. My feet and legs have never felt so good after a massage. By far one of the best massages, she did the perfect pressure.
Next time I am back in Tahoe I’m booking another massage here. My boyfriend throughly enjoyed his deep tissue massage. He said his massessuist got all the knots and kinks out. We both opted for 90 min massages and they were worth it.
Swedish massage: $ 105
Deep tissue massage: $ 115(both prices without tip)

My wife and I get massages often. And I’m happy to say that our experience here was as good as we’ve ever had.
The masseuses were great at communicating with us to make sure we were enjoying our massages, but didn’t talk so much that we couldn’t relax. And the beds were heated which is always a welcome treat.
I was massaged by a woman named Marilyn (I believe) and her hands were magic. I don’t know the name of my wife’s masseuse but I believe she was European or possibly South American. My wife was equally pleased.

Elena is the most awesome masseuse I have ever experienced. I had a terrible backache since a week and she made it disappear in minutes. She applies right pressure and connects with with you to understand what your body really needs. Totally recommend this place and elena’s magic!

Mary is wonderful! Great place for a relaxing experience where you’ll always leave feeling peaceful and content.

My husband and I booked this massage venue last minute while vacationing in Lake Tahoe. This was by far the best massage I have ever had. They were professional and knowledgable about techniques. It is impressive when you actually feel so relaxed and refreshed you think you have gone past the time you booked. My masseuse was able to address all my knots and stress areas and without the normal pain I need endure when I ask for a deep tissue massage. We will definitely be going back when we visit Tahoe. Highly recommended!

A called Mary for a last minute deep tissue appointment after hurting my neck whilst vacationing in Tahoe. She fitted me in, and made me feel at ease instantly. She was professional and had this soothing, peaceful energy about her. She eased my pain enough for me until I could get back home and see my chiropractor. She was wonderful, and I will be back to see her again, next time I am in Tahoe.

I have been getting massages for many years, however, since moving to Lake Tahoe, I have been a loyal customer of Mary Richardson at A Massage for All Seasons. I have been a ski instructor for many years and getting massages from Mary have been the most therapeutic, healing and enjoyable thing I have done for myself since moving here 12 years ago. Mary is the most caring, intuitive, and therapeutic massage therapist I have ever gone to. She always knows exactly where my body needs work and helps to relieve pain and stress like no one else. I am from Santa Fe, where there are probably more massage therapists per capita than anywhere else in the world, and I must say, Mary has a gift that I have never seen before. She is also incredibly knowledgeable and diverse in her techniques. My husband and I spent a long weekend in Tahoe with the sole purpose of relaxing. I’ve never treated myself to a massage before, but since we were there to unwind, I began researching spas with reasonable prices. I found A Massage For All Seasons and thought the Romantic Spa Retreat Couples Massage was a great deal for all that was included and was equally impressed by their comprehensive list of packages and treatments. Mary and Christine were incredibly welcoming and friendly, they made us feel very comfortable and treated us like friends. The room was relaxing and the massage was amazing! We both felt invigorated and very relaxed afterwards. They were very accommodating to our likes and dislikes and worked out all our knots and sore spots and detoxed us with some powerful aromatherapy. I had a wonderful first experience here and we’ve vowed to revisit anytime we’re in Tahoe. Highly recommend!

I have been getting massages from Marry. She is amazing therapist. I live in South Lake Tahoe I enjoy getting a great massage after skiing or just to relax. The Salon is decorated nicely, very clean which is important to me. enjoy

My husband and I came to Tahoe for our anniversary, and after doing some research, I chose this place. This was my first massage, and I was a little nervous, but We couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Mary was so wonderful and accommodating, I felt comfortable immediately. The nice woman that worked on my husband, sorry we forgot her name, was just as great. He is a big guy, so she really had to put a lot of muscle into it. He said it was the best massage he had ever had. Thanks A Massage for all Seasons for truly relaxing us on our trip. We will be back the next time we visit Tahoe!

I live here and this is the only place I go for a good massage. i have gone to other places, but this has been the best for me. Mary knows what she is doing — she can spot problems before I am really aware of them. Her massages are always professional, and she also does wonderful foot reflexology work. She is always upbeat and you leave not only feeling physically better, but emotionally uplifted as well. I cannot recomend her enough.

I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH WONDERFUL THINGS ABOUT THIS AMAZING LITTLE SALON AND MY MASSAGE THERAPIST MEGAN! I suffer from chronic pain and have blown discs and fibromiyialgia. I was blessed enough to have a 3 hour treatment 1.5 hour massage, 45 min craneosacral treatment, body detox wrap & hand and foot scrub! Megan was so knowledgeable of body function and pressure needed to get my «kinks» out. I can’t speak enough of the miracle of the craneosacral method and how seemingly simplistic but effective it was in bringing my body back to life.
I felt rejuvenated, relaxed and alive after being worked on and despite the 3 hour drive to Tahoe, this is now my new go to spot for treatments.
Thank you to Mary for having such a beautiful and relaxing environment and for having such a loving and amazingly talented therapist whose energy was MAGICAL and helped me more than I can even begin to express!

Booked a couples massage with Marilyn and Christine after a few days of skiing… they worked on the knots on our shoulders like a problem to be solved. All 6 of us that went here loved it!

I am giving this rating based on the massage I received from the gentleman that works here. My boyfriend and I booked a couples massage here for my birthday. The owner wound up massaging him and I got the other guy that was working that day. We got lucky to find a place that had any openings due to the fact that Valentine’s Day was two days away. We only booked it a couple hours in advance, which was a plus that they had immediate availability.
One thing I may mention is that I typically enjoy deep-​tissue massages and this was supposed to be a combo of all types for both of us. I told the masseur right away that I wanted it deep. «Hurt me please».lol ;-) He explained it was going to be light at first and he was going to work his way into my muscles… It seemed like ages for this process to happen! I started to get stressed out while getting the massage, because, I’m an avid worker-​outer who has got deep seeded knots in my muscles and I wanted someone to tackle em! It seemed like every time he got close to a knot, he stopped and relocated to a «smoother» spot… I couldn’t hold back any further, I told him to please go harder. He did briefly towards the end. Needless to say, I felt so tight after that I went and got myself a deep-​tissue massage somewhere else a few days later in order to finish what he had started.
My boyfriend on the other hand, said he felt amazing and had not received such an intuitive, therapeutic, and thorough massage like that from anyone in a long time.
So there ya go. Apparently, Mary the owner is who you need to go see, if you plan on getting a massage from «A Massage for All Seasons»
