A couple of weeks ago, I brought him an old laptop that did not work. He called to tell me it was filled with viruses, and let me know the options and prices before repairing it, which I felt were very reasonable. That was on a Friday. He said it would be ready in a couple of days, but he did offer to come in on the weekend, if I was in a hurry. I did not rush him. The computer was completed within the estimated time, two days. When I picked it up, he took time to explain to me the new programs. He was always cordial and gracious, both over the phone and in person. The price was exactly the same that he had quoted originally. He gave me back a computer that was BETTER than when it was brand new. Yes, he is busy, but that’s a good sign. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I couldn’t be happier.

The owner is uptight. He does not finish in the suggested time frame that he came up with. He is rude to customers both on the phone and in person. I would go without a computer if he was the only one in town. Thankful that he is not. I paid $ 100.00 too. He gave me one heck of a time when I went to pick up my computer. Beware is a good choice of words. This guy is a time bomb reday to explode. He takes on too much and looses customers because of his attitude.

This man talked down to my husband and I each time we went into the shop. We had to return several times because(despite paying him several hundred dollars to fix ONE issue) the problem was never fixed. It seemed he was irritated by the fact that we were unsatisfied with his«service». He was very rude to my husband, and after the last time our computer was returned to us(STILL for the original issue), it is still showing the same signs as before. My husband uses the laptop for work, and cannot use his programs with these issues still occuring. Needless to say I am furious, and will be looking for a way to have my money returned to me, as I paid him and am still stuck with a broken computer. This place lacks completely in customer service skills, and communication skills. BEWARE.

Greg is a smart man and a capable computer repairman but he is too busy for his own good. He always has a large queue of computers he is attempting to fix so you cannot expect quick service. He is very by the book on his pricing so don’t expect any favors or price drops. The banter between his other customers who I regularly encountered suggested that he was slow getting EVERYONE’S computers back to them. It’s $ 99 to even get your computer looked at… beware!
