I stopped in to pick up a DVDRW+/- drive a while back for my gaming PC build and they had one left in stock at a relatively good price. The two employees working were very friendly and quick to help me out! I highly recommend Floppy’s for parts(especially if you’re a nerd — they know what they’re talking about!). Thanks guys!

Five Stars for their helpfulness and friendliness! My A/C adapter died on my laptop. I stopped by Floppy’s and they diagnosed the issue in 2 seconds(broken pin). They did not have an exact replacement for me on hand but they sell a universal A/C adapter. They did have a whole box of A/C adapters in case you are wondering or looking(Just not one that fit my laptop). If I am in need of a part or service in the future I will definitely go to Floppy’s.

I dropped my pc off to have checked out and they said it needed a new mother board. I couldn’t afford one at that time so I picked it up. When I got home I noticed the processor and both memory cards were stollen. Now i not only need a new mother board but memory and a processor as well. Cost adds up to a whole new pc. These guys have been our small office’s IT department for years now, and while Ed, the owner/traveling technician, can’t always come right over to deal with one of our real or imagined problems, when he does arrive he can get the job done, whether it’s troubleshooting a broken modem, finding which viruses killed the hard drive, or why a printer isn’t receiving data. Plus I like his cynical sense of humor.
