I met Frank 15 years ago when I moved to south lake. Ive been buying all my electronics from him ever since. The reason is simple. His prices are competitive with service that’s second to none. Recently, I upgraded my surround sound. It was pretty awesome out of the box. But once Frank tweaked it, it was simply over the top. This is the kind of service you get with Frank. I’m pretty sure Costco or Best Buy wouldn’t be sending someone out. Let alone have the expertise to get the most out of the product for the room. Many thanks as always Frank

Friendly and courteous service. I’m a Very happy customer. Fixed my flat screen in a few days, NO hidden/fine print costs, etc, AND they helped deliver it to my home. Highly recommend.

I always saw Frank’s shop in the corner of the strip mall by my house… Almost wondering how he was staying in business. But then a chance meeting through mutual local Facebook site got me in there to have him change my iPhone battery. He was able to order the battery quickly and when I went in there on Monday morning, he took time out to change the battery even though he was swamped. Efficient & helpful… Great experience & would definitely recommend the shop to friends.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Frank’s TV for as long as I can remember and always get good service with a top notch product. I bought a new TV there a few years ago that was the same price at Best Buy, and Andy delivered/set it up for me complete with remote control lessons. In a snow storm. Way better than the Geek Squad! Recently, Frank made my old iphone new again, just like magic. Love this place!

We recently went to Franks to look at upgrading our Televisions from a Sony box to some flat screens. Frank was very helpful and informative, and explained everything clearly and without a bunch of sales pitch. We ordered the TVs a few days later and Frank’s sons delivered the TVs the next day and fully installed them in out home free of charge(ours was a simple install with no mounting) and explained everything about the TVs to us. That night we noticed a stuck pixel on one of the sets and after it not getting fixed with some instruction from Frank, Frank’s sons were again immediately out to our house with a replacement set which was again fully installed! Talk about service! This is a great business run by a family, and they are knowledgeable and know how to treat their customers!

I love when a business is so good that I feel the need to Unilocal them. Franks TV is the only place you need to go for any costume surround sound. I’m not the best with technology so it was nice to have them come out and hook up my audio for my entertainment room(home theater room). Not to mention that Andy was very professional. This shop has great costumer service and goes the extra mile to make sure your happy with there work. I can sit and write more amazing things about this place but I have a bowl of popcorn and a custom home theater with surround sound to get to. Thanks again Franks TV!

My senior mother called on Frank’s to evaluate her 60″ Sony 2004HDTV after the picture stopped appearing. An in-house service call ran $ 80 with a verdict of «dump the unit, not worth fixing garbage.» Her TV sat there dead for weeks as she scanned for deals expecting to pay $ 1200 or more for a new unit. But I fixed the TV for $ 30 and an incredibly simple five-minute install with a well-rated bulb off Amazon. Today it works beautifully again. Why was she told to dump the otherwise fantastic TV? I asked Frank about this. Frank explained to me that if their repair will cost half as much as a comparable unit in his store, they recommend the dumpster. But the bulb with a 2-year warranty cost only $ 30. Not the bulbs Frank buys! Consider the install fees for a «trained professional” – and we were looking at over $ 400 in parts and repairs. A 40» unit in their store was available for $ 800. But they didn’t even suggest she try to repair the bulb herself. They said«dump the TV». I encouraged Frank to refund the sum to my mother in light of the«trained professional’s» inability to correctly identify a simple broken bulb and the ease with which we fixed it. No chance! The built-in«quality» of Frank’s repairs may be incredibly expensive compared to off-the-shelf parts easily available. Before risking bad advice due to their pursuit of parts-excellence I would encourage you to look around. Amazon won’t put Frank out of business. But losing the confidence of the community will. On par, I expected him to say«oops, we goofed! Here’s your money back!» Instead he doubled down on the mistake. After being a long-time community supporter I expected better from Frank and better for my mother. We just can’t afford the bad advice from Frank’s TV.

Went to buy a new flat screen for a family member who was not lets say«flat screen ready» but with the help of frank and his employee andy they helped me pick the right tv at an affordable price. They made sure to explain every detail so i left w/out any questions! GREAT service highly recomended!

Just bought a new flat screen TV at Frank’s. They almost matched the price of Best Buy, but for a few dollars more, we were able to give our business to a local shop. Both Frank and Bruce were very helpful and knowledgeable. They made us feel confident that if we ever need additional service, they can be counted on.
