The Brothers: Mario and Martin, are a couple of really nice, friendly guys! Easy going and patient with my little boy. They have a toy box for him to look through while I shop. He gets to choose one for free. It keeps him very busy. There are a lot of vintage items and the prices reflect their value. In defense of the prices(mentioned by a couple of other reviewers), these men do their research and their prices are comparable to eBay, or less, and you’re not paying crazy shipping costs. They have rent to pay and a profit margin to meet, because this is a business, after all. If you’re looking for something to resell, this is not the place. They choose their inventory carefully based upon their ability to sell it and make a profit. Their prices are not ridiculous. I got a really nice Revere Ware frying pan for $ 8, which was cheaper than the local flea market. The brothers are also very community-minded. They help local charities and churches with food drives and events. They’re just a great business to support because they have good hearts!

Please don’t shop here. This place was awful! Way over priced and not willing to budge a cent. Even if you show them the same things being sold on eBay for a quarter the price they don’t care. The two owners are too dumb to under stand the difference in antiques and thrift and the true value of things. Scam artists…

What a joke. So outrageously priced it should be a retail store. Honestly if your a person looking for used reasonable priced items this is the store to miss. Used size 3 girls sandals priced at 14.99. A used Packers windbreaker in moderate condition 35.99. Its a wonder no one was there when I drove up.

Mario, who is a trained chef, opened this little shop 13 months ago. Moderately but reasonably priced as thrift shops go, but he has a great curatorial eye, repurposes furniture into one of a kind creations and offers some unique items like old typewriters, Gucci heels, apothecary bottles, and solid wood vintage armoires. Cash only, currently.

This place is far more than a thrift store. The brothers that own it have so much cool rustic relics. The prices are reasonable and just the sheer amount of cool stuff in this store is enough to blow your mind. I advise anyone visiting the south shore of Tahoe who like antique old stuff to visit this thrift store. You wont be disappointed.
