Proprietor is nice and willing to bargain. Many varieties and bargains. Priced right.

We went thrift store shopping today. This was our favorite. I found high quality sporting clothes and great CDs. Prices are reasonable and it was organized well.

Wow! I didn’t even make it through the front door before the woman snapped at me «we’re closing in two minutes!» To me, that’s what you do when you’re a teenager and you can’t wait to go party with your friends… not how you run your business. Too bad because I’m a local who makes a point buying all I can from local thrift stores.

Very nice lady who is owner, great stuff! Found it while I was at Sierra Veterinary Hospital, glad I took a walk around. It’s a bit hidden in back but worth looking for.

Small place, but well curated. Overall quality stuff without having to weed through a bunch of junk. Best thrift store for women’s clothing in South Lake.

I stopped in this place to donate a backpacking backpack I was ready to let go. I asked the owner a couple of questions such as «are you a non profit», and if she was interested in my backpack, etc. She did mention that she donated to a no kill animal shelter, I liked that, she also added that it was because she liked animals more than humans. Ok, I can understand this, but the thing is it is not what you say but how you say it and she seemed to be seething anger and hostility… I decided to leave. She didn’t seem to understand why I left. If you’re having a bad day, please go on break and drink a chamomile tea before taking it out on a customer or someone who’s just trying to give you something. I’m not trying to give my money or energy to someone who seems like they’re fantasizing about murdering me.

Wow. I go to a lot of thrift stores and this one is has some pretty good finds. I found a vintage coffee service that I got a great deal on. They also had a lot of used tools for sale and I would have bought some if I had needed some. It’s behind Port of Subs so you might miss it if your looking only on the front of the building. Also, I found out that a portion of the proceeds go to an animal shelter, so all the better.
