We have been into this particular store twice. First time we ended walking out because we were not even greeted, or acknowledged after standing in line for 30 minutes. Today we went in and the gal at the counter was beyond rude and not helpful at all. I will not step foot back in this store. On a side note, the manager has been very helpful with my husband’s business account.

Went to this store twice to get the Verizon Edge family plan at advertised rate. Was told both times by Lily and Tony that the advertising is misleading and it would be $ 100 more per month than what’s advertised for a family plan. Walked out of the store and called Verizon Wireless directly and they gave me the advertised rate. Wow! Imagine that! New iPhone 6+ arrives tmrw plus $ 140 in free accessories. Was told by the lady at Verizon that this store is an «authorized retailer» and not owned by Verizon and thus can try to maximize your monthly bill, so that they get greater commissions. Not sure what’s true about that, but it does not make sense that they would try to charge me an extra $ 100 per month otherwise for the exact same service. If you are looking to keep money in your pocket, do yourself a favor and deal with Verizon directly.

I wish I could give Tony a negative star. At the time I felt like I was being taken care of. That was not the case. My husband and I went in looking for a smart phone upgrade. I was talked into equipment that I didn’t need with a two year contract on just one piece. Hoodwinked. More to come. These guys stink. Especially Tony.

I love working with Tony Herrera, the store Manager! He and Alec Hancock recently provided me exceptional customer service! I hope I won’t need to visit the store until my next upgrade, but if I do I know that I will be in good hands! They should use this store as a business model for small resort communities because friendly, prompt, and efficient customer service with a smile is what everyone wants to stay in touch with others! Result driven and customer service oriented(go the extra mile) is what I look for when I shop! I won’t go to an the other store… why waste my time!

I had a very technical problem with my phone and the V Team was able to help me resolve my issue thank goodness. While I was waiting they taught me a couple new things about my phone which was very cool. Great customer service!

Wish I could give no stars. Other than the store being run by gang bangers… This store is a SCAM! They have violated CA Civil Code numerous times, and there is no enforcement here to stop them. They will charge you for«fees» without telling you, then refer to their«fine-print» to prove you must pay them. However, their fine print violates CA Civil Code! Even after an obvious, with proof, violation of CA Civil Code, if you call their management or customer service they tell you its their right to charge you without you knowing about it! The Real Verizon wireless says these charges are illegal and that their stores don’t charge these fees, but that this store can do as it pleases! Verizon won’t help after these thieves have taken your money. Go to Carson, go to Sacramento, but STAYAWAYFROMTHESETHIEVES, or you’ll be on here too!

Wow! I couldn’t believe it! I walked into the store with a problem that I thought would take a lot of time to resolve but Tony there took care of my issue in no time and was very informative and helpful with all of my concerns and questions! He had many suggestions and helpful hints to help me streamline my phones setup too! Great staff and nice store! Thanks guys!
