This place used to be amazing, but the owner sold it last year and both the quality and service have gone downhill dramatically. I ordered from the previous Pat’s for about 10 yrs (usually as gifts for delivery) and always had gorgeous fresh flowers, incredible customer service and recommendations from knowledgable staff, and either prompt delivery or a note/​phone call if they couldn’t leave it (because the recipient wasn’t home and the weather conditions too bad to leave outside).
Last time I ordered, the recipient got near dead flowers because the delivery guy had left them out on the porch in sub zero weather — with no note or phone call. To their credit, they apologized and replaced the flowers. But even the recipient said neither bouquet was what it used to be.
I called two day before Mother’s Day to give them one more chance and was told they couldn’t guarantee delivery before MONDAY. The day AFTER Mother’s Day. No more, they lost a long time customer.
