Wow, that’s the friendliest service I’ve received at a pharmacy. Usually, it seems like pharmacists are some of the most depressed people I’ve come across. They rarely smile, they’re pretty quiet, and they make it seem like your business is the bane of their existence.
But when I came to this one, they opened a second register for me so I didn’t have to wait AND the pharmacist had a lovely smile and disposition (instead of the I’m-too-busy-for-this look). I think her name was Janki (easy to remember since it was so unique).
She told me how long it would take (20 min), so I chose to come back. But Walgreens now texts you when you’re prescription is ready (if you are willing to give them permission).

I HATE this pharmacy, every time I go in I vow never to go back, but we are registered here so when you are ill you don’t feel like going and registering somewhere else. They always have lines, they always take AGES to do prescriptions and are always miserable.
