This review is for the store in midtown Midtown Miami but I s probably accurate for all their stores. There is no customer service. They lie. They cannot manage to deliver when they say they will or fax an insurance certificate before delivery. Save your time and aggravation and shop elsewhere

DONOTSHOPHERE!!! These people are all SCAMARTISTS! They sold my mother a mattress and ended up bringing something completely different. Afterward, when my mother tried to speak to the sales person who sold her the bed so that they could deliver the correct one, Matt decided to raise his voice to prevent my mother from being able to get a word in edge wise saying the«manager didn’t approve the exchange.» What utter B.S. I’ve worked in retail long enough to know when we’re getting played with. If your customer calls back repeatedly after he/she didn’t receive what they paid for THENFIXIT! We bought three new mattresses from these low lives, and they have the audacity to raise their voice to a 67 year old woman like she was the one who screwed herself over. The losers then proceeded to tell us they would change the mattress for a fee and still refused to bring us our supposed«free» pillows. Needless to say, whoever owns this place a slick piece of work and will con you out of your money the first chance they get. Do yourself a favor and STAYAWAY from this hell hole.

Horrible experience. I would NEVER recommend this or any of their of this stores to anyone! I bought a mattress at this location and their BS waranty sucks! Beside their customer service and professionalism are a joke. I went to the store and the representative was very rude and unproffesional; this person never submit a case for the warranty after i paid for it and had an appoitment set up and everything. I had to pay for a fee charge for the BS inspection for someone to come take a look at the mattress. I had to call to the store after no one showed up for the appoitment and was told that the case was never submitted. A new representative set me up with a new appointment and this one its been moved 3 times already! What a joke! Still waiting for a call for the representative! Wtf? Def not buying here ever again!

By far the worst experience shopping for a mattress ever. The entire time Carlos was the one handling the transaction. He asked us to lay down and try the mattresses like one would expect. Once we selected one it came down to all the paper work. This is my first time ever purchasing a mattress so I didn’t really know all the loop holes. After signing and having everything varied I left happy knowing that I was going to get a new mattress. At the time of delivery is when everything started going down hill. The worst client facing till this date I have encountered. Really rude and all they were there for was to build it and leave. Not even a word was spoke except for sign here. Never walked me through what they did nor did they say he were done take a look. I had to go and check and make sure everything was good. After sleeping in the mattress bought for a little over 3 weeks I found it to be the worst mattress selected. I would wake up even more tired than when I went into bed. I called to have the mattress refunded and said that wasn’t an option. They told me that only thing they would do is exchange it. So now I’m pretty much stuck with bad service and a company I don’t want to do business with. I go back to the mattress place to select another mattress and to my surprise I have to pay for another delivery charge, when it’s not my fault that the mattress isn’t to my liking. After selecting and picking the right one Carlos once again is taking care of me and you can tell he’s upset that he has to do this. He also said that he would give me the delivery as soon as possible. So he have it to me for Saturday; mind you I went in on Friday. Also on my receipt it just says Saturday. Saturday is here. Today 11÷23÷13. He told me they would give me a call in the am, and not one call. I call Carlos and ask him where is my mattress and he says, «oh I’m sorry it’s not this Saturday it’s the next» Ok seriously?! Wtf?! I’ve wasted an entire morning waiting for a mattress that isn’t even coming. He then hung up on me and said he didn’t work for me. I called back to figure out when I would be receiving my mattress and then I asked him for his full name. He then went to say that if I wanted his social as well. I asked him for his bosses information and then said he was his own boss. That if I wanted to even write a letter to I could. I’m honestly baffled. I’m doing anything and everything in my power to let everyone know that they are a piece of shit. And no one should ever do business with trash like that.

DONOTSHOPATMATTRESSONE!!! After a TERRIBLE experience at the Falls location, I went to this one to exchange my recently purchased mattress for a Tempurpedic Mattress. This time I brought my Dad as a witness, in case a salesman tried to lie to my face again, see the review at 13987 South Dixie Highway – it was a terrible experience. So I buy a tempurpedic mattress and when it’s delivered the delivery men have dirty hands and stain the mattress on delivery – so I won’t sign for that mattress – there is a 25 year warranty that is ONLYVALID if there are no stains. Don’t even get me started on how rude they are on delivery. They take it back and bring me a new mattress and box springs but this time it’s ripped. Seriously? Your are delivering ripped mattress and box springs? No I don’t want that one either. Another delivery and another the box spring is ripped again! I call the man at the store – the salesman I dealt with has moved locations. The man I get on the phone is Carlos. He says he’s very sorry and would I do him a favor and call his manager Diane at 305−599−8597 and let them know that they are not taking care of the materials at the warehouse and that something needs to change. SERIOUSLY!?? Isn’t that YOURJOB!!! So I call in an effort to get a replacement. They say that THEY are getting very upset about all the returns. THEY are getting upset. Omg. There are no words. But really, I hear someone in the background saying that they just don’t have any more in stock and will have to order them. This whole company is made of liars. Carlos the man at this store give me the number of the store at 8th street, where the man who sold me this tempurpedic is now working. I called him and he said he would get back to me about a replacement by the end of the day… I update when I hear back from him – it’s been a few hours already. I put«ultra-high end» bc tempurpedics are really expensive. NOT bc the store is any good.
