There isn’t a better bar in south Miami! Ask for Harry best bartender this place has by far! Owned by a true Irishman, it doesn’t get any more authentic then that!

Yaaaay! Love love this place! Our server was absolutely adorable and warming. She probably made our night. We ordered the mac and cheese, which was good, and 2 long island iced teas. Def would go back again!

Tried this pub out because of a close friend’s insistence and I was not disappointed! The pub vibe is very palpable but it’s never over-crowded. Usually one of our latter stops when on a bar crawl, the Irish Times is where we come to wind down. The bar is readily accessible and the server acknowledges you quickly when you sit at a table. The open seating outside is great for friends who smoke, too, since the wide windows make it easy to keep track of your friends while they take a few drags. Not a bad place to end up.

The nachos were great!!! This was my first Unilocal experience in a group of people. Unfortunately it was for the remembrance for an amazing woman I never got to meet.
I had a bad experience with the beer this day sadly enough. I had a bottled bud light, the first one was ok. when I finished it I ordered another one and the second one had a metallic taste to it. I returned it and ordered another one and that one was metallic tasting as well. needless to say I only had the one beer
I would go back again to try other things for sure. its a great environment and the bit I did experience was great. It is a great place to meet a group of people for sure. the middle table is a perfect set up for a party. I know it was perfect for our get together

This is a nice little Irish pub that’s easy to find and has several areas to park that are not too far to walk. We were actually able to park at a meter about a half block from the pub. The interior is is done in traditional Irish décor and Irish music playing in the background. We were only here for a short visit with friends, so we ordered a «Higgens Bomb,» one of their signature drinks. The blue liquor dropped into the yellow ale made a lovely shade of Irish green. It wasn’t particularly strong, but was quite tasty. The food menu was pretty limited and since we weren’t going to be there long, we didn’t order anything, but there were several things I might like to try, if we get back there.

I’ve seen a ton of check-ins for here. Some in the early afternoon and some late at night. Unfortunately, I popped in yesterday for a life celebration event. I wished it was on better terms and I vowed to myself that it will be on the next time. The bar was offering half off appetizers and drinks during the celebration. The casual atmosphere and Irish décor suits the bar very well. I wasn’t too impressed with the drinks however. The bartender on duty added a little too much vodka instead of the juice on both of the drinks I had. Expect to fight traffic and parking when in the area. Luckily, I didn’t have to go through much traffic. The parking garage was a pain at times. Even though I arrived later than anticipated, I’m happy I was there to remember and honor our beloved Adrienne.

Came here to celebrate the life of a close Unilocal friend who recently passed. I don’t normally travel this far South into Miami but this was a special trip and worth the time spent to get here. Luckily the trip was pretty smooth and almost traffic free but still great for Miami. There is a parking garage in walking distance that was pretty cheap too, I think we paid $ 3 per hour. Overall the location and parking was really great and way better than I expected. The bar is a classic Irish bar as far as décor and vibe goes. It was a Sunday afternoon and the place was fairly empty. The menu followed the all Irish theme mostly, aside from the nacho appetizer we got. I didn’t eat dinner here but the nachos were pretty good and very large in portion size. I guess its hard to mess up nachos lol. We easily shared it with a few others. The bar and bathrooms were clean and the service was very friendly. Overall I enjoyed my time spent here and would come back if I were in the area.

Terrible experience at a place we used to enjoy. We specifically asked if cole slaw came with the fish and were told yes. The waitress never came back to say they ran out of cole slaw she just delivered the plates with some dried out peas. We then asked for a side salad as a substitute but we were told there would be an upcharge. Then the waitress never returned to our table to ask how things were, I had to go track her down to pay the bill. The fries were overcooked in old oil which topped off the occasion. Overall a very disappointing experience.

This place is a dump, and I’ve been coming here for 6 years. They have good food, honestly, and until late at night.(But then again, I’ve only eaten it in the early morning hours, so take from that what you will.) The irish bros or whatever or whoever they are that run the bar are RUDE. They treat you like they’re doing you a favor by serving you drinks. The last time I was there I was putting money into their digital juke box machine to put on some music and when I told them they said«oh yea we blocked it because we don’t want people to put on music we don’t like». Um, ok? If you’re out and don’t want to stop the party come here. Chances are you’ll already be good on drinks and won’t realize that they’re super watered down, but this is not a destination bar. It’s really gross. Everything has a film on it. Don’t even ask me about the bathrooms. SO. DISGUSTING.

They water down their alcohol, which became painfully(and on some level hilarious) after I ordered the exact same black on the rocks at another bar later that night. I guess they can get away with it with their usual college age clientele… who knows! Honestly, I’m shocked this place is still open.

Good place, good vibes, a bit of a dive bar but man the food was good and big portions. Skip the normal bar fare and go for the Irish, it’s better made(not the freezer bag stuff the bar food is)

Beware! I’m an UBER driver and I picked someone up from here and a guy from the bar threw a glass at my car. When I tried to talk to the guy the security from the bar tells me that the guy who threw the glass was his brother and then asked to step aside that he wanted to talk to me. Allowing the supposed brother to get away. When the cops show up the security says that he never said that and that he doesn’t know who that guy was. So now if I was you I wouldn’t want to go to a bar with a bunch of drunks when the security is shady and the bar won’t let the cops see the video from the cameras.

Still ticking. Remember this place waaayyyy back when. What’s to say? Irish pub in Miami. Food is decent and full bar and drafts on tap. I watched the 2010 World Cup here and my «lucky spot» got the USMNT past Algeria. That Donovan goal was epic. ‘Nuff said.

It was a decent little bar. The ambiance was chill and the bartenders seemed halfway decent. I had the coldest yuengling in South Florida here(Which I greatly appreciate). They had a small food menu but I confess that I didn’t try anything simply because I wasn’t hungry. It draws a variety of people, some loud and some quiet. If you want to just have a cold beer and drink in quiet, it may not be your best bet but its good spot to pre game. I’ll keep coming back.

Came here on a Saturday for a late lunch. The beer selection is acceptable. They were out of corned beef & cabbage but could make the corned beef sliders so that’s what I got.(Sidenote: they were out of cabbage and thus couldn’t make a signature Irish dish. There’s a Winn Dixie like a block away, so it really shouldn’t have been too difficult to remedy the cabbage deficiency). The sliders were, charitably, okay. Not the best corned beef I’ve had. The computer system was down(it happens), but it was still kind of annoying to have to go across the street to get cash. Finally, given that it was August, the indoor climate control could have been significantly cooler. On the plus side, the pub fries were quite good, and the bathroom was clean. I figured to give this place a chance, which I did. The verdict: not likely to come back.

Even though this is a perfectly fun bar, after my experience last night(which resulted in an expensive and needless injury) I really wish I could give zero stars for negligence. We arrived early and the bar was nearly empty so we set up by the pool table. After playing for about an hour, I attempted a shot and a piece of one of their pool sticks cut open my hand. Upon closer inspection, this particular pool stick had splintered and broken and been taped back together. Instead of buying another stick, or just getting rid of it, they LEFTOUTTHISJAGGED, CRACKEDPIECEOFWOOD for their patrons TOPLAYWITH. I really don’t understand this. It’s obviously stupid and dangerous(I’m writing this as I sit in an urgent care I paid $ 100 to be seen in, waiting to see if I’ll need stitches). I’d love to meet the genius who taped this shit back together. Really, way to go. I get that you’re sort of a dive bar. But you have a responsibility to, at a bare minimum, keep your establishment safe for everyone drinking/dining/playing there. And you failed. Update: my friends informed me that after I took the pool stick up to the bar and let them know what happened so they could dispose of it, they just put more tape on it and put it back. I can’t even explain how outraged I am by this place, their total disregard for their patrons, and the complete ineptitude of their staff.

Nice Irish theme. The entire restaurant was donned in Irish art and music. While visiting the South Miami Art Festival, we decided to stop in here to have a couple of beers and food. It was abnormally hot outside and I was famished from all the walking and the heat. The staff welcomed us and advised us to sit anywhere we liked. Luckily it wasn’t too crowded in there despite the big art festival going on outside. We ordered a couple of beers, and I ordered the cheeseburger and onion sliders, while my husband ordered the home-style mac and cheese(appetizer). The burgers were incredibly delicious; the meat was fresh and cooked to perfection. They even grilled the bread on the skillet to give it that nice toasty crunch that mixes oh so nicely with the beef and cheese. The mac and cheese was doused in panko bread crumbs and herbs. There was one big big problem however: How many of you expect Kraft mac and cheese(velveeta cheese to be specific) to be served at an authentic Irish pub? Yeah I didn’t think so, me neither. Well that is what we were served here. It was without a doubt boxed mac and cheese from let’s say Costco(only because restaurants buy wholesale). I highly doubt the Irish Times is fooling anyone with that one. I personally think the business is severely hurting themselves by serving that mac and cheese. You could do so much better! May I suggest using Publix brand mac and cheese noodles, and white cheddar and cream cheese with the panko bread crumbs? It would be soooo much better.
