Mjm Designer Shoes

I love to shop here for shoes they have a variety of shoes & sneakers for all occasions! When I want to get off the campus of my job for my lunch break; this is a perfect spot for a little retail therapy!

I come here often but my first review on this place. Today was a not so good shopping experience here. Nothing stocked. And a lot of boxes with no displays on them. Hoping they are in their switch off season time.
I like this store so hope the next visit there be more good news about MjM.

Worst customer service ever!!! I went in there just to browse and I swear no one said hello or asked if I needed any help. All I got was an inappropriate conversation between 4 employees about another pair of employees that dated and broke up. I don’t expect to be waited on hand and foot at a place like this, but I do expect some professionalism. If you go in there, just go for the shoes, don’t expect to anything from the employees that work there.

I used to go to the MJM in Wilmington, Delaware, but sadly it closed over a year ago. I was spending the day in northern New Jersey and was excited when my Unilocal app informed me that there was an MJM nearby! Horray!
This MJM was just as I remembered the one in Delaware. A huge store with lots of cute shoes and brands that other discount shoe stores usually don’t carry. I was thrilled to find a pair of Betsey Johnson rain boots, previously $ 80 for $ 20!
MJM is set up like DSW, but I feel like DSW rarely has anything I want, and the prices aren’t that great. MJM’s prices are amazing! The shoe style may be from last year, but at that price, who cares. The shoes look fabulous and that’s all that matters.
The men’s selection is fantastic as well. When they had a location in Delaware it was where my boyfriend bought all his shoes.
I have yet to find a shoe store with better deals even online. Next time I’m in the area I will definitely stop by again to snag some more deals!
