I emailed about a mice problem on a Sunday when they were closed. Chris emailed me back within an hour! He was spectacular at getting me the info and pricing I needed on his day off. I couldn’t believe it! He has no idea how much that meant to me!
What’s better is that they had a technician come out the very next day! And to top that — they worked around MY schedule! I had 2 people at a conference and 2 people on vacation, so there was no way for me to be home during the day. I said I get home as early as 5:15 and as late as 5:30. They scheduled my appointment for 5:30 and when I pulled up at 5:15 there was Buddy and Carol driving down the street looking for my house!!!
Buddy and Carol are AMAZING!!! They were so sweet and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough.
And of the service itself isn’t a reason to use this company… their pricing was less than HALF of every other company I spoke with!

We called on Sunday and technician Nick came the next day. He inspected our attic for a suspected dead animal (there was none). He wore a clean-​suit and booties to keep our home clean. Very reasonable price for the inspection. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I agree that Kim is very helpful– and Buddy came out to look at our ant problem only a couple hours after I called. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Unfortunately, they charge a $ 75 for the estimate, where other companies give free estimates. I wanted to support a local business but after getting two other estimates, On the Spot’s estimate for a one– time application (though guaranteed for a year) was almost twice as much as the others’ ANNUAL plans (also guaranteed). Even though I hated to lose $ 75, I will not use them.

Rarely do you find a service that brings such professionalism to every part of the job, on the phone, at the office and at our house too! Our house is under contract, and this service was a contingency. Chris really helped us out with speedy and adaptable service, especially in the dead of winter. The price was fair, and the consultative information we received was exceptional. Always on time, and reassuring — these are people you can rely on. Thank you On the Spot!

Nick knows his stuff. Got our mouse situation under control. Kim in the office runs a good schedule. Very professional company with a small town feel. Would recommend to a friend.

I am usually not the type to write up reviews on any sort of service. Only where the service is exceptional do I feel the need is warranted.
I was given the name of On the Spot Pest Control as a recommendation after I was unhappy with my current contracted exterminators. I was immediately impressed with Kym’s professional manner over the phone. Chris, the owner himself, had come to my house to address my first area of concern. He was nothing short of fabulous. Nick was another employee with whom I had contact with after setting up a contract for them to continue to service my home. Nick immediately noticed some long standing issues with my home that NO OTHER exterminator ever mentioned. All issues were handled quickly and professionally. I am so pleased to have found this company and I assure those reading this review that you will be as well. It is so nice to find people who are knowledgeable, professional and all around awesome to work with. Major kudos to Chris, Nick and Kym!

Outstanding job by On the Spot with a carpenter ant problem. Kym will handle your initial call in a helpful professional way — and even diagnosed the problem correctly over the phone. Chris arrived at my house — on time — and showed me the problem and explained everything clearly — and most importantly took care of it. I would recommend them without hesitation and would l most certainly use them again.

I don’t normally like to use pest control but we had some issues with carpenter ants and other critters and we really needed help. We purposely chose and small company since we felt that we would get more individualized service. Everyone that we spoke to was professional and efficient in their communications. The appointments were kept in a timely way and the work was done well. Chris was very knowledgeable and friendly. We will continue to use On The Spot in the years to come.

We have been using On The Spot for almost a year. Their prices are reasonable, they are easy to work with and most importantly they offer green products which is great with babies and toddlers. Chris and Nick have both serviced our home and both are very nice and courteous. I also like the ability to schedule appointments with them via email.

I have nothing but good things to say about Chirs, Kym and their team. Chris came and checked out our carpenter ants problem, patiently dealt with all my questions, gave us a reasonable estimate. We have signed up for an annual contract with them. Kym is responsive, professional and accommodating. Highly recommend them.

Chris came out to assess the situation and gave a reasonable estimate. Kim in the office was very accommodating in scheduling the appointment to meet my needs. The team was right on time for the scheduled appointment and did a thorough job. I highly recommend On the Spot Pest Control!
