Organic Roots Salon & Day Spa

I just moved to the area and was looking for a different way of coloring my hair. Whenever I get my hair dyed it hurts my scalp and I feel bad using all those chemicals so often. I found Betsy at Organic Roots and was happy to hear that her hair dye is organic and vegan (I didn’t even know this existed). I have gone twice now to get my hair colored and I am so happy I found her. My head doesn’t react to this dye at all, it is a lot more gentle and I feel safer and happier knowing that I am not just poisoning myself with harsh chemicals. Betsy’s place is adorable, clean, and welcoming. There is always tea and water available, good music playing and a calming vibe. She has massage therapists that work upstairs in her salon, she does nails and weddings, and has a cute little deck off the back overlooking a nice green yard. Organic Roots really is a calming experience and I recommend it highly. Hope everyone enjoys Betsy and her salon as much as I do!
