We used google to find James and his cab on a Friday night. My wife and I were headed to a beer tasting festival and hoped to quickly get a cab from South Portland to Portland.
Traffic that day was terible and we were trying to lasso a cab around 5:00 PM. Yikes.
We tried calling ASAP Cab, ABC Cab, and the airport cab service; the phone just rang and rang with no answer.
We called The New S.P. Taxi and James answered the phone immediately! While waiting for his pick up he texted us to let us know the bay bridge was up and his updated ETA. No other cab service was answering their phones and here I’m getting text updates!
He arrived quickly. The car (Saturan SUV) was clean and equpied with satellite radio and our choice of channel! James was both professional and disarming. His motto is correct; his service was top notch and more importantly memorable.
U will definately be pleased with his service.
