This location was great for the first couple of months. Service is terrible last two months. Food is still very good but be prepared to wait and wait and wait. Only one out of four employees know what they are supposed to do and how to do it. Disappointing.

I love Jersey Mikes but this location is the pits. Ordered one of their new Chicken Cheesesteaks today. The bacon ranch cheesesteak. I asked for NO tomato. What I got: Chicken, TOMATOS, and cheese. NOBACONORRANCH. I also asked for a combo. The employee did not even bother to hand me my cup. I asked him, and he ignored me. So I had to reach myself OVER the counter to reach one. Service is just bad. They don’t pay attention to what they are doing, the place is a pig sty, and good luck getting your order right. HOWDOYOUFORGETBACONANDRANCHON A CHICKEN, BACON, RANCHCHEESESTEAK! C’mon Jersey Mikes! You can do better than that.

Have gone periodically since they opened this location, and I’ve been disappointed just about every time. The staff is very uninterested and unwelcoming. Tables are always dirty and floor is the same. Other locations are great, avoid this one.

There aren’t a lot of subs options and there aren’t a lot of vegetarian options. It’s fine, but I’d rather go to subway, which isn’t saying much. Staff are nice and friendly.

I frequent this sub shop about once a month — whenever a free chips and drink with reg. sub purchase coupon arrives. Tonight, 6:00 p.m., prime dinner time, and I’m the only customer in the place for the first 15 minutes. What do I get, a surly greeting from the female employee who clearly doesn’t want to be there and who thinks she’s better than this job would warrant; it’s called customer service after all. Anyway, the table I sit at is filthy, there are no napkins in the dispenser, and as I look around the floor, there’s a minimum of 15 pieces of garbage, ranging from napkins to chip bits. My goodness, there’s a reason why no one is in your place. Your service is hit or miss, the place is filthy, and the food is becoming less and less appealing every time I go. My CA chicken cheesesteak tasted basically like mayonnaise. I won’t be back(the coupons aren’t’ even making it worth my time)

This place is different when the owner is around. I just ordered a regular turkey sub and had two pieces of turkey. The service was so slow. The two guys making the subs could have cared less they were more interested in the soccer game on TV.

This place didn’t have a clean table in the restaurant and no one bother to clean one so we took our food and left. I can’t imagine how the kitchen is!

We go here just about every week for lunch. I love the sub in a tub option. Staff is friendly and though the line gets long, they keep it moving quickly. Wish there were Diet Coke instead of Pepsi! Yuck! We’ve gone a few times and they were out of forks… odd for a food establishment not to have utensils. Next time they were out of knives. Keep it stocked!

$ 32 for two 18″ subs and two drinks. Please, it’s good but not that good. I’ve been a few times and the subs are okay IF you tell them to go light on the cheese. Greasy, I mean, Jersey Mike’s is stupid expensive which is why it only gets one star. BTW — Harris Teeter is 50 yards away and sells 18″ made to order subs for $ 9.

My husband and I love JM’s however lately they have gone down hill. Our last visit I ordered a #14, vegetarian which is supposed to have swiss and provelone. I asked for double provelone instead and I got 3 slices of cheese on my entire sandwhich! These sandwhichs are very good and very pricey which we do not mind except for when they skimp on ingredients or forget them all together. On Saturday we ordered wrap sandwhiches which we never have before. My husband got the new Chicken club wrap and they forgot the bacon! How do you forget bacon on your NEW sandwhich and on a CLUB? I ordered the Baja chicken wrap. It states«grilled sliced chicken breast» well it was HUGE chunks of chicken in a sea, literally swimming, in salsa. It was such a gross mess I could NOT eat it! I will never order that again and quite frankly am very upset and not sure we will go back for awhile. Pay better attention to your customers order please

Although Jersey Mike’s subs are more expensive and smaller than Subways(Giant vs Footlong), Jersey Mikes does give you more meat. And the meat taste much better than Subways. You do pay basically double compared to subway for about the same length of sandwich but you get more meat. And the meat is sliced in front of you instead of presliced and preweighed. And if you are a good enough customer, you may even ask for a few more extra slices. Could never do that with Subway. So, for this, you get what you pay for. If you can afford the extra bucks to treat yourself, when you’re looking for a sub, it’s Jersey Mike’s over Subway anytime.

I’ve been in this Jersey Mike’s a few times since they opened in South Riding for a quick lunch. Every time, the employees have been courteous and friendly and the place has been clean. As another reviewer stated, they support community programs. Last time I was in they were donating a portion of their profits to the Sprout Therapeutic Riding and Education Center which provides equine assisted activities and therapies for disabled children and vets. For that alone, I’ll give them a 4th star! My husband and I split one of their large subs and neither of us could finish. Their sandwiches are huge and full of meat, cheese and whatever other toppings you crave. Everything tasted fresh. I love their chipotle steak and cheese. It’s not often that I am happy with fast food, but this place prepares everything to order on a grill. Sandwiches are not nuked or toasted as in other chains. I’m a fan and when I have a craving for a quick steak and cheese, I will return.

Came in on Sunday at 530 this place is gross. Everything was dirty, table tops, dirty napkin holder. Gross it makes you wonder what else is dirty in the back.

This location has gotten so much more efficient than when it first opened. They do a lot of community outreach and I want to support them just for that! But most of all, come here for a philly(chicken or steak). They are deliciously loaded with goodness.

Walked in with no other customers in the building. Four guys behind the counter, all watching the football game on the tv. My husband starts to tell the guy behind the counter our order, only to have him not pay any attention to us. All four continue to watch the football game on the tv. Three other customers walk in and line up behind us. Only then did they acknowledge us! Owners may want to hire someone to over see all of the high schoolers working here. Also, didn’t think it was humanly possible to fit that much lettuce on a sub.

This was my first time trying out Jersey Mike’s. I’ve heard a lot of good things about their subs, and many of my coworkers have recommended them. I ordered the Club Supreme sub online and decided to go with the giant size, because I’ve heard that they are massive. When I picked up my sub, an employee informed me that he wasn’t able to completely fulfill my order. I ordered my sub on wheat bread, but they were out of wheat bread, so they substituted white bread. That’s fine, not a problem for me. Unfortunately my giant sub was quite a bit on the small side. I’m pretty upset that their giant sub, which costed me close to $ 14, was shorter than a Subway footlong. I’d hate to see what their regular size subs look like. The sub tasted mediocre. The bacon was pretty good on the sub, but didn’t justify the price. I will be attaching a photo of my sub. Really disapointed with Jersey Mike’s. I don’t see myself coming back when I can get subs from their competitors for much cheaper and much bigger. 2 thumbs down.

We decided to give this place a try for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Neither my husband nor I had ever eaten at a Jersey Mike’s before. When we walked in it was very crowded, but to the credit of the staff the line moved at a decent pace. We both ordered small cheesesteaks to go, but my husband tried the ‘kahuna’ version. I had requested no peppers on mine. When we got home the sandwiches were still warm which we obviously appreciated. Unfortunately, my sandwich came with peppers which I had omitted when I ordered. However, the subs were really good. Had a good classic cheesesteak taste and the bread tasted like good old fashioned soft sourdough. I’m sure we’ll definitely give this place a try if we’re in the mood for a sub.
