Jack in the Box

The service was whack. I told the lady through the intercom that I had a coupon and she said she added it to my order. I pay for my order and asked if she included the coupon and she said she already charged me for every thing full price. I also asked for a cup of water and ranch which I didn’t get because she was too busy blaming me for the whole coupon thing. It was just a mood killer.

Try your best not to order anything from this place.
I went through the drive-​thru on 1÷17÷16 late in the evening. Ordering was alright, but the person, a Mexican-​American male, who took my order dropped half of my change on the floor (mind you, it was also raining) and did not even apologize for clumsily handing it to me.
Once I went home and started eating, I found a piece of hair in my Curly Fries. Yummy, right? I decided not to eat anything else.
If you’re reading this, make sure to check your food. Keep the receipt of your purchase so that you can file a longer complaint if and when the manager sees this post.
For the manager of this place, please train your staff to better hand back change appropriately. I mean how hard is it to give back change?!? Also, to better identify the person who is responsible for this, he was also training a girl named Tatiana. It is her name on my receipt, but I believe she is new because she asked for my money after I paid already as well as not having a clue what she is doing.
Beware for those who attempt to go through the drive-​thru in the future.

Give me a monster taco and a small fry.
Don’t forget a side of ranch and lots of hot sauce.
Open 24 hours.

Standard Jack and the box food, but the 4 stars is for the most friendly and efficient drive thru person I have ever had. (Lina, I think was her name)

It’s not an everyday thing for me. I swear those fast food wrappers In my car are seriously old. And I know it’s not healthful but it tastes good. Plus the people are really nice. You might actually hear words like; thank you. They still ask if you want sauce with your fries and they don’t charge extra. The menu is super crazy. Asian rice bowls, tacos, and burgers. I’ve only had the turkey sandwich (no sauce) and a butter burger. The burger reminded me of meatloaf. The churros are so good, it’s worth being the douche ordering churros at J/​B. If your in the mood for fast food the drive thru is fast and friendly.

What the actual F$##?!
The machine that makes the smoothie is always broken so therefore, can’t order any type of smoothie or oreo shake :(
I’m also upset that they didn’t have any buttermilk sauce to go along with my tacos and curly fries.
It’s not the staff’s fault but the owner should really get their shit together and stock up!

Gotta love a jack n the box where you see them doing quality temp. Checks on equipment!!! Love that my cold food is cold and my hot food is hot!!!

I went in on a busy weekend night and order a large amount of food. I got home and found out I was missing a bag of food.
I went back and they not only replaced the food but made sure it was fresh and hot. No questions asked and no fuss over the entire ordeal. Fantastic customer service and wonderful staff every time I visit!

I went through the drive thru, thinking that it would be a lot faster to get my food than having to go inside, but it still took a bit long (about 5 – 10 min) and I was the only one in line.
I have to admit the food does taste pretty decent, however, the meat lover’s burrito I ordered had mostly egg and sausage. It barely had ham in it; there was a small piece all the way at the bottom and a dab of cheese. There was absolutely no bacon. I definitely need to complain about this to them! I feel ripped off.
As for service, though, that gets a good score. The person who gave us our food threw in all kinds of sauce in our bag without even asking for it. I told her i wanted ketchup and she threw it in, but when i also asked for ranch, she apparently already threw that in as well, making it seem like she knew what we wanted!

BRUH. After coming here for a while from time to time… Today, as of ¼/​15, whoever made these changes to the staff — this is a major upgrade! Staff are surprisingly more super professional!

Julie was Excellent!
I came into this JITBox for junk food fix. Julie greeted me right away. I’m one of those Customers that need a little TLC (Tender Loving Care), I’m very indecisive, she said: «let me know when you’re ready». I thought I was ready, approached the cash registered, she was ready to take my order, I stepped away again. Not once did Julie put on a face of frustration because of this difficult customer haha
So I was finally ready, I ordered (1) Value Soda, (1) Small Curly Fries & all (3) Monster Taco. She recommended that she had a meal that included ALL of these and it would save me money at the same time. I first had difficulty understanding, because we a Customer, we automatically don’t want recommendations, we know what we want. I had her repeat herself. Once again, she was NOT frustrated at all. So placed my order. She treated me like a friend from the time I stepped in

I hadn’t had Jack n the box for close to 2 – 3 years and figured a small relapse wouldn’t hurt. I was wrong, the food got worse. I came here around 1AM, the meat in my chicken sandwich wasn’t fresh and had a dry beef-​jerky texture. Fries were stale, but I figured hey at least I got my tacos. I think everyone can agree that a pair of tacos are traditional, but unfortunately my last hope of satisfaction on my meal was also a let down. The taco shells were just as stale as the fries. **Sighhh** think I’ll give jack n the crack a rest for good now. Good bye old friend.

Worst customer service ever!!! Went to the drive thru, ordered our food and waited forever because the employees couldn’t get it together to get our order right. Forgot to give us two of our drinks so we tried to ask for them but the man told us
«Okay have a goodnight, the screen is changing» three times so that we would leave. But we still hadn’t received the drinks we paid for. Not to mention that there were angry customers revving their engines at us, he finally gave us our drinks and waved his hands so we would leave already. When we got home, we were missing some curly fries! Not our fault! Get it together Jack in the Box!!!

Terrible. They lost our order and took them 10 minutes to figure out how to give back a refund.

Always good for a pair of tacos!

Horrible, I don’t care what time you come in. Service in the city (Geary in SF) is better than this. The nightshift you hired is no where near professorial. I can care less what you’re laughing about, but don’t do that while you’re offering me my food and still mess my order at this time of night (352am). Yes it’s funny to make fun of those who order food at this time of night because I’m guessing the money coming in is drunk but the folks hired at this time of night during this time of day is good until you get your food served. I’ve had better food and service than this time when I was deployed defending this country.

Good old fashion fast food. Was painting all weekend in a new house — so no food to cook nor time to cook any if we wanted. Jack in the Box wasn’t too far, but I’m sorry their fries suck. I’m pretty religious about eating all my fries, and I was pretty ravished, but I couldn’t bring myself to doing it. Sorry Jack…

After getting off of work at 12 am, I decided to get some Jack in the Crack. I usually don’t ever take the time to write a review, especially at 1 am. However, I am so disappointed with my experience I just had to. I even made a Unilocal account just to write this review.
1. The menu for the Munchie Meal is never turned around at this location. That makes it hard to get my order right or even see my choices.
2. When I received my drink, I did not realize that the top was not put on all the way until I drove over a speed bump and the drink went everywhere.
3. I get home and open the box. The only thing that was near warm was my burger. The fries were cold and stale. The tacos weren’t even warm. I don’t even think they were ever heated. The cheese didn’t even melt. At least my burger was slightly warmer than cold. I live less than a mile away. There is no reason as to why any of my stuff should be cold.
4. I found a piece of cardboard in the middle of my fries. Must be for extra flavoring.
5. A receipt would be nice so that I can complete the proper survey. Yet again, I don’t think I would appreciate the free two tacos if they are going to end up like the tacos I got tonight.

Not the best Jack in the Box I’ve been to– the burger I got from here was super greasy and didn’t sit well with my stomach. Also, the curly fries didn’t seem cooked through since the fries were on the hard/​crunchy side. However, the Oreo milkshake was good, and there wasn’t a line in the drive-​thru at 2am (although that could be for good reason.). Although they nice enough to open the door and let one of my girl friends use the bathroom, I don’t think I’ll be back to this Jack in the Box location again with the poor quality of their food.

We drive by here a lot when we go to Costco. Never went in until we saw the $ 3.99 super chicken meal deal. It’s true they do make your order right on the spot so everything is piping hot. Not bad.
I couldn’t say I like the super chicken. It’s really 2 chicken patties with some lettuce. The Kids like the chicken quesedilla and grilled cheese sandwich.
Yes it’s a bit slow but considering the food come out hot, I’m willing to wait.
