The food here is ridiculously delicious! The only reason I’m giving a 4 star instead of a 5 is because they forgot to include my wontons in my delivery order. I was majorly bummed out. I called to inform them of the error immediately. It took another hour and 5 minutes for my order of 8 wontons to finally arrive. I can totally understand being short staffed, however, I only live 2 miles away. my wontons took longer to get to me than my entire order of food for 4 people, so there’s that.

I am now sitting here writing this review at the 1 hour 10minute mark waiting for my delivery. Why deliver food when the wait time is 3 times longer than me just picking it up? I was treated rudely when I called to check the status of my order. This will be the last time I give this place a red cent.

The food was good but the service was lousy. They brought my food but not my daughters. They did not follow our requests. The appetizers came after our food.
Hold on… I just saw her making sushi with no gloves or anything. Not good.
We have been waiting fir the check more than half an hour.

First time ordering from here and I was impressed! Great food, easy online ordering, and delivery! Their egg rolls were better than what I’ve consumed the past year… and dear God their cream cheese puffs were awesome! My only suggestion is having visible tempura on the veggies. There were just small patches on the veggies, but still yummy! I WILL order from here again!

Order the sesame chicken, and it is very tasty. The employee is very nice and helpful. Will definitely go there again.

First off, I have only had there food delivered to me, & only one time. The food came within a reasonable time, however, I soon realized they forgot the biggest portion of my meal! I called to let them know I was missing part of my meal, & first I was told that I was wrong, & that my food was there. I told him multiple times that it wasn’t, then finally he agreed to send me the food, & I am still currently waiting for the food as I write this review. Below mediocre food, rude customer service. Overall, bad experience.

What the hack do Hong Kong between Japanese Cruise relative to this place?! I felt I was disappoint that place, and they didn’t know how to make a good taste.
How many the people love this place? Still, I don’t understand why…

Good Chinese food for the amount paid.
I’m from out of town staying at a hotel and was in desperate need of delivery. This restaurant was super fast. Unexpectedly so. They brought the food in half the time estimated. The fried rice was seasoned well with lots of extras mixed in. The egg drop soup was more brothy and less «egg-​like» which is how I prefer it. The soup was also pretty salty, not overly so but I didn’t need to put soy sauce in like I usually do.
I’m obsessed with crab Rangoon so I’ve definitely had my fair share. This was not as crunchy and more soft. Filled to the brim with cream cheese and other spices. What they lack in quality they make up for in quantity! Definitely recommend it for a cheap, large portion, tasty meal.
Only downfalls: they didn’t bring plasticware or napkins. And I only received 3 packets of soy sauce. But 2 fortune cookies so that’s what’s important, right?

I’m truck driver with Swift and its hard to get good sushi on the road when you drive a semi, there sushi isn’t the best in the entire world but it isn’t the worst aka premade days ago. There delivery so that’s good for me and others in my or similar position the people have always been friendly when I order. As for the restaurant its self I have never been so I couldn’t tell you they do have a very large menu in all the fried rice isn’t very good but the white rice was cooked through also found the spicy not to be to spicy or at all I have eaten here five times In total and there are something to be left alone aka «hot wings» but overall there not bad for seafood even with imitation crab shrimp is pretty good and so is other fish.

There’s nothing more disappointing than bad Chinese food. When you are in the mood for it, and it doesn’t deliver, it’s the worst.
My dining experience tonight at Hong Kong Tokyo takes the cake as the worst chinese food I’ve ever had. We received an ad for it in the mail a few months back, and thought we would be adventurous and go for it. It was a mistake.
The worst was the beef+vegetable dish; totally bland and the beef was fatty. The chicken dumplings were flavorless and not recognizable as chicken. The pork fried rice was the best of the dishes we had, and it wasn’t good.
In summary: stick with the Chinese restaurant you typically go to and avoid Hong Kong Tokyo. Then, you won’t be disappointed.

The food is good, but the service is just awful! It has taken them at least an hour for delivery every time we’ve ordered, and the last time it took them 2 hours to deliver the food and they delivered it to the wrong address. And when we told them to cancel the order, we would just get food somewhere else, they had the nerve to tell us we were just wasting their time. Don’t waste your time with them.

I you’re ever in the mood for horrible food or worse service, go to Hong Kong in South saint paul. I have been going ordering their delivery food for years since it is easy… Iam finally fed up, after waiting and hour and a half my food was delivered by a man who I assumed is a recovering meth addict… The food was cold and gross, when I called to complain a woman pretended that «her english not good» when I said I wanted my money back. Funny how her english was good enough to take my order. DO NOT EAT HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT !!

Delivers. Which is awesome. Look, the food is decent quality– not the best sushi but if you are craving it, go for it. Lunch specials are where you want to go. Friendly service and extraordinary delivery service. When eating out for lunch, ask about their all you can eat special! Worth the buck!!!

It become my lovely place for Chinese food specialy SUCHI, I’m happy to be fan of this place.

I’ve done take-​out and delivery with this place and I’m very pleased. He food is really great, and portions are quite big. Would definitely recommend.

Dear Hong Kong Tokyo —
It’s not me, it’s you, and I think it’s time for us to break up. Sure, we had some good times, I mean, you really do have some amazing fried dumplings, which I’ve kept coming back for. But in the 4 times I’ve ordered from you, you’ve forgotten at least one part of my order on 3 times. Can we just talk about that for a second? 75% of the times I’ve ordered from you, you’ve forgotten stuff that I’ve already paid for! That’s like refusing to cuddle by just rolling over and going to sleep.
Tonight really took the cake. Not only did you forget part of my order, the mongolian beef you delivered wasn’t fully cooked. Raw onions that were cold when they’re not supposed to be, and beef that wasn’t even cooked through. I really can’t figure out how you sent out food that wasn’t finished, and then I tried calling you to talk through our issues. Not only did you pretend like you didn’t know me, then once you found my order you wanted to give me a credit for the next time I order from you. So, wait. I need to drop another $ 20 on ordering from you again, just so I can get the food I should have gotten tonight?
I love you, you have great dumplings, but I really don’t see this relationship going anywhere. I won’t call you if you won’t call me.

This is a very good chinese restaurant. Inside is always clean, and they have a very large menu to choose from. Their lunch special gives you a lot of food for only $ 5.50ish.
Delivery is just a little slower than most would prefer, but I highly recommend checking them out.
