World’s busiest and fastest Dunkin donuts! So good! Other Dunkies need to take note on the required speed of service! Learn from the best… or die with the rest!

Just made my last(I swear) trip to this DD. 2 xlg coffees and 1 bagel…$ 7.45??? made the trip because we were out of coffee and it was 6:45a and not having coffee WASN’T an option. Yet once again, order was screwed up — I always order black coffee. Did they add cream and sugar? Yup. Didn’t realize till I got home. Not the first time this has happened — place has slipped in the last year or so. Too many apathetic teenagers slinging average tasting coffee whose prices are rapidly approaching Starbucks levels. You may be the busiest DD in the country, but certainly not the best. Not that he franchise owner of this place(one of the largest franchises in the northeast) will care or even read this, but people will soon realize they are not beholden to only DD. Mary Lou’s across the street seems to be doing fine and you wonder why. Farewell Route 18DD. too many other choices.

Let’s be honest — a review about this or any Dunkin Donuts should only be valid if you frequent the location on a regular basis. I am what you would call a «regular» customer. This location can definitely do without the high-school kids as employees, which is hugely the weekend and holiday staff. As much as I would like to support them in giving these teens a job — it effects the way this location runs; and I can tell you it’s far from efficient. Unlike the seasoned employees the new generation just fail at everything at this location. 1: Want a coffee black and no sugar — you can expect a coffee with cream and 10 sugars. 2: Want a bagel with veggie cream cheese — you can expect them to grab the closest bagel to them and closest cream cheese to them despite what you’ve asked for. I can go on and on — but the point is this, either the company or management is failing the customers by not properly training this new generation or they are just incapable of doing a very simple job.

This DD stands out from the crowd. I am not a big fan of the donuts at most DD’s but this one bakes their own and they are SOOOO good. Always fresh and HUGE and many special varieties. Good strong coffee and nice folks behind the counter. Worth the trip!

Never thought I’d complain about too much help, but here they seem to always have an army behind the counter that practically trip over each other to take and fill orders. Very disorganized, confusing for the customer and as a result they often make mistakes. One girl takes an order, another does coffee, yet another does bakery and a fourth does sandwiches. I’m sure it’s a well-intended process, but from a customer-view it’s dizzying. And, they rush you along before you even know what’s happening. A for effort, C for execution.

If I could give zero I would! 90% of the time they get my order wrong simple things from no sugar on my latte to serving coolattas that taste icky. I avoid this DDs unless i really have to go there, knowing that something is going to be wrong. .I rather go down the street to the one on Columbia St.

The manager is a complete Idiot. Worst service ever. The kids working are just fine, but the direction they get from the managing team is the worst. When you get to the front of the line, someone says can I help you? You say can I get a small black coffee. Then the person helping you repeats it back, only to ask again how would you like that. So, ok I will repeat my order for the third time. How about when you ask someone if you can help them, you listen to what they are ordering. O’yeah and how about you get the order of the person in front right, before you ask the person behind them if you can help them. One, if you can’t get my order right, what makes you think you are going to get the next one right. It’s good customer service to finish with the person who is in the front. After all I waited my turn. They can wait a second why you try to get my order right. Just the worst customer service I have ever seen. The manager should be replaced as she has no customer skills at all.

Best Coffee in town… Best coffee period. Dunkin’ Donuts. If America runs on Dunkin’ they need to get them here on the West Coast because the nearest one from San Diego is 300 miles away. I know because my GPS falsely identified one in LA and I drove there to find only a Baskin’ Robbins. What a bummer… Next was San Fransisco and Phoenix… a little far. I miss my Dunkin’. I guess the only time I am running with America is when I’m in New England. I guess I will have to run on Starbucks…[:(

My favorite dunkin donuts. Service is fast and friendly. Donuts are always fresh and they have donuts you can’t find in other stores:)

What is there negative to say about Dunkin? It’s the best! Granted I don’t drink coffee but the tea cream and sugar is simply perfect. Also, when I went and ordered«two» pumpkin muchkins” the guy at the counter gave me an entire handful … probably about ten or so! Too bad that didn’t happen the second time … I ordered three and the girl gave me three muchkins.

This is by far the most efficient DD I have ever been to. The place is always hopping and yet service is always fantastic and the coffee is delicious! I don’t know how they do it but I really wish they’d share this method with other DDs.

This is the best Dunkin Donuts in the area. I think they make their own donuts on the premises.

This is the best Dunkins I’ve encountered. They have an express lane in the AM, so people like me who just want a coffee don’t have to wait behind teenagers orderding milkshakes and pizza or whatever. My order is always perfect.
