Easy to find and get to. Super friendly staff! Large indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub and sauna. Very nice layout and landscaping with chairs strategically placed for relaxing. Rooms are nothing special, but you’re at the Cape! You only need the room to sleep in and it’s just fine for that. The hotel is located near a Shaws for food and CVS for what Shaws doesn’t have

I had to stay here in a pinch and was really pleasantly surprised, it was clean and snug and all the staff were really friendly. There was free breakfast that was pretty tasty, and an indoor pool/jacuzzi. I even had an issue with the tub and they sent a handyman up at 10:30 at night. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Stayed at Clarion Inn S. Yarmouth recently for 2 nights. Clean room and bathroom, independent temp control, good room service, free wifi & complimentary breakfast. They have an indoor and an outdoor pool but unfortunately, we didn’t have time to take a dip. Breakfast was so-so, the small room was very crowded and the service was slow, had to wait in line for a long time. Overall a pleasant stay. Thanks.

I woke up with bed bug bites all down my arm, back and stomach. See photographs. The hotel was light on occupation, but why did they put us in a second floor room and no elevator to get heavy bags upstairs. They allowed us to switch to a ground floor room and we used the cart for our luggage. I woke up with itchy bites The manager said they would have to investigate and call me back. Steve Buckley called me back and told me he would refund my stay and have the room fumigated. Steve was apologetic and handled the situation like a professional. How many stars is fair when you wake up covered in bed bug bites? I would not stay at this hotel again if it was free. I hate to complain about anything. I am still treating the bites. Beware.

Not sure why my review from October is not showing up anymore. I feel that it’s important to let people know what to expect when staying at this place down the Cape. The pool and grounds were upkept nicely. Most of the staff were nice except for this woman who worked the night shift. She had«NO» customer service skills. A few guests jumped in the indoor pool with their clothes on after coming home from a wedding and this woman called the Yarmouth Police on them. Several police officers responded to the call, including the sergant of the department. We came into the hotel after these guests jumped into the pool and we were treated like criminals. I will never return to this hotel b/c of the way this woman was treating the guests. Calling the police on a few people that jumped in the pool with their clothes on is a bit extreme. I am 32 years old and was sent to my room. Very very very strange. If you don’t mind being treated badly, stay at this hotel. Just remember: Don’t jump in the pool at night or you will be arrested.

Stayed here over a holiday weekend, no real complaints. This is a good location for a jumping off point for day trips to the outer cape, Ptown, Hyannis, and the ferry to the islands. Indoor and Outdoor pool, comfortable hotels. Free breakfast until 11(!) which was much better than your typical continental breakfast. Staff was great, rooms were clean and comfortable, couldn’t ask for much more for a non-resort type property. Only downside(for some) is that it was mostly famalies with kids running around all over and using the pool, but if it is just a jumping off point for a vacation it shouldn’t bother you. The creamery next door is a bonus too(you get a discount).
