I’ve only dined here once so my comments are limited to this one good experience. Went in on a Saturday evening(6:30pm) with my 2 kids. Service was friendly and quick. We shared the lemon rosemary wings. A must try if you are a fan of wings or a nicely prepared lemon rosemary chicken. Served with caramelized onions, it was full of flavor and quite tasty. My kids polished off the brick oven Margherita with fresh basil. And we all had the Tropical Sun smoothie, which was refreshing with coconut water, pineapple and mango and lime juice. I often dread going out to eat with my little ones, over the summer weekends, because of the crowds and often ill-prepared basics, like pizza. This was a nice early night out.

The arrugula pies are unique and delicious, penne a la vodka is well made, and pastas are cooked perfectly«al dente.» Natural sodas from the fountain are fun. Staff is friendly. The only detraction is the high menu prices.

We always get a pizza and salad to share. Great place for kids. I would definitely recommend this place.

Ordered Cobb Salad. Almost no chicken, bacon burnt. Nice waiter but low quality food. Shared $ 2 for bread, really? Not coming back.

A little pricey and not typical pizza place. Food is pretty good. Grass fed burgers. Nice bacon but you must tell them if you don’t want the bacon well done. This place has been here a few years now. I didn’t think it would make it, it’s a bad location and there are 4 other pizza places in Southampton. This place is definitely different than the other pizza places. French fries sides are huge. Nice unsweetened iced tea too.

right down the way from our house. Great place to catch a quick slice, pannie, or a burger if you do not feel like going all out to one of the resturants. Quick and casual. Nice, clean & friendly.

Broken glass. I’m my wife’s salad. I’m not saying anything more. And the jerk manager took an extraordinary long time to come over to the table to see what we were so irate about. He gets to our table, and says«there’s no way glass got into the salad. We have no glass near the salad»…again and again like some mantra. He was looking us up and down like we put the damn glass in the salad. He just took the salad alone off the check. Stay away from this tourist trap shithole.

We live in Southampton, and Crust is our go-to place! I’m a total breakfast snob and this place nails it. I love taking my husband here because he’s enthusiastic about everything he eats here. He’s CRAZY about the ribs, and he says the salads are Best in Class. The pancakes are divine. I understand that even the best restaurants have«off» moments, but some of these reviews seem to come from people who couldn’t be pleased no matter what. And I assure you, M. M., I am neither staff there, nor a family member. I’m just a very pleased«frequent flyer» at Crust.

Ordered rigatoni bolognese for takeout. Portion big enough for 2 to split. Staff was friendly and very efficient. Food came out in about 10 mins and included a small side salad and warm«pizza crust» bread. Total bill came to about $ 17 – 18. Would definitely come again and maybe try dining in for breakfast/brunch.

We came here for lunch. We ordered a small margherita pizza and a small chicken and rabe pizza. Both pizzas were fine. The pizza came out piping hot we could see the steam still coming out from them. The air conditioning was on so high the pizzas cooled down quickly. The service was fine. If there are 2 of you and both of you want a pizza, share a large it is cheaper than both of you ordering 2 smalls. Of course the 2 of you have to agree on which pie to get but the price difference is not worth getting 2 separate ones.

So sorry to say, I will not go back to this establishment again. I called to place an order and the girl that answered the phone was short, curt and down right rude. She made it feel like I was bothering her. After sitting on hold for a few I decided to hang up and bring my business elsewhere. After working, all day, with the public, who needs that.

After being in the Hampton’s for more years than I care to remember. I have tried most restaurants. Café Crust is by far the best casual Italian restaurant out east. Excellent Pizza Wait staff is very friendly. Both times I was there a server named Ivan served us. A real asset to Café Crust.

I have no idea why people like this place. I’ve tried this place many times and all of them were just disappointing. Pizza, their ‘signature’ ribs, sandwiches, pasta… tried all, failed. Dry, over cooked… poor quality ingredients. Service is horrible as well, not one person knew what they were doing. All the staff are always in training. On several occasions they would charge me the wrong amount for a few things and NEVER got the check fixed and claims the menu is wrong. Really??? So I give them the benefit of the doubt and went back to check if the menu was fixed like they told me. — of course not. Their business strategy is really shady, and it’s a shame they have to do scam people for just a few dollars. With all the nice restaurants in the hamptons, this is silly already.

It’s our favorite go-to place en route to Water Mill. Crust prides itself on fresh ingredients including Italian-imported flour for its light, crispy thin crust pizzas, light tomato sauce(again imported tomatoes) and a tangy Caesar salad(shareable for two or more). The restaurant features a circular dining room with a domed atrium and wood-burning fireplace. Its location in a strip center on Country Road 39 will probably be a turn-off for the TUTTOILGIORNO crowd, but if you’re looking for a fast, friendly and surprisingly scrumptious meal, I strongly recommend Crust — strip mall and all.

Excellent traditional pizza, made in an authentic coal-fired pizza oven kept at 800 degrees. thin crust, fresh ingredients, very quick and friendly service. Nice gelato, too. Excellent carrot cake Now why anyone would go there for breakfast is beyond me…

Love the personal pie with eggplant a side of Caesar and of course the gelato. I’m not a said drinker but they have some good choices. Especially the flavored pellagrinoss. Service is always with a smile.

I really like this place for its variety and friendly staff. The breakfast menu is my favorite. They actually made my scrambled eggs the way I like them! The coffee was really good too and they serve pretty quick when I tell them I am in a hurry. Definitely a good place to frequent in South Hampton and they are open good hours as well…

Breakfast doesn’t seem to be the main attraction here. Maybe that’s why we were the only 2 guests in the restaurant that morning? Or why it took forever for our food to come out. It was probably the first time the kitchen ever had to make something other than pizza… The menu looks very promising and is priced just right. I got the French toast, which was pretty good, not great. The serving is generous, and the thick slices of bread are dusted with powdered sugar and served with whipped butter and maple syrup($ 10). Oh, and since I;m fancy, I added on strawberries. Husband got a 3-egg omelet($ 11) which comes with a croissant and a slice of what seems to be some sort of slice of a potato hash brown pie?. The omelet was A-ok but the croissant was pretty pathetic. It looked like a smaller, not fully baked version of a Pillsbury crescent roll. The potato thing tasted fishy and was possibly recycled from the day(s) before. Terrible and a little weird. The service was really friendly and attentive… then again, it should be expected since we were the only people there. Obviously breakfast didn’t really wow us. So would we go back? Probably for lunch or dinner. They have an impressive and massive wood-fired oven which looks like it could cook a whole deer in under 5 minutes. I’m sure that behemoth they call an oven is the star when it comes to their pizzas and other wood-fired dishes.
