Great breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Relaxed and great place to go when you don’t want to stand on the long Golden Pear line in the morning!

Overpriced and the wraps are nasty. Caesar wrap is drowned in dressing until soggy, drips everywhere and veggie wrap doesn’t taste good at all. Sorry.

This is a true sandwich shop. I thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich and thought the prices were justified by the proportions. Looking forward to another yummy sandwich in the future.

Had a great lunch with the family — the best BLT avocado and aioli!!! Huge portions and great price! Quiet and casual, definitely a locals place. If you’re in the area, check the place out!

Garlic toasted bread is a great way to start any sandwich. Their offerings are both original yet classic and everything is made fresh to order with love in their food. This unassuming lunch spot is run by very kind folks. If they have any pistachio muffins when you’re there pick one(or six) up and thank me later. Dios mio are they good. Little pricey($ 33 for two sandwiches) but, when you’re in Southampton, that goes with the territory.

Best lunch in town! Great to sit out front or back or grab a sandwich and go to the beach.

It’s amazing to find so much good stuff coming out of this small and unassuming Southampton deli. The bbq offerings are nicely seasoned, flavorful and tender, especially the pork ribs. But it’s the fried chicken that keeps me coming back. The owner(Sean, I presume) is this super nice guy always manning the counter, looking to throw in a few extras here and there. The man certainly knows how to fry his chicken. Nice and crispy outside, juicy and succulent inside. Some of the sides may need some work, and the presentation is not very appetizing, that you cant really tell that the items presented are actually delicious. The place is clean, the service is friendly and efficient, prices are fair and, above all, the quality is definitely there.

We had just rolled into town and needed some good food, fast. I found Sean’s Place on Unilocal. My family and I were quite pleased! The selection was great, food was good and the prices were right. Their service was exceptional(they made a small mistake in our order and not only quickly fixed it but gave it to me at no charge). I recommend!
