With a heavy heart I write this review. I had the unfortunate experience to attend the funeral of a close family friend here and then only a week later need to engage their services for my own family. They have a ample parking and a large venue inside enough to easily accommodate 200 people if not more. We had no issues with parking or the procession to the Shalom Memorial Park. Everyone on staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating, comforting and made us feel as much at ease as possible. They offer services in English, Hebrew & Russian.

Went for memorial service. Had to leave a bit early with two small kids. On the way out, our car had been blocked in by other mourners. They were instructed to park by the two attendants who had no keys or clue as to what to do. Late for our next engagement. Really — is this you first day parking people?
