I walked in on a slowish day and not many customers were there. I have only bought beauty products and such from them not received services. As soon as I walk in I do not get greeted at all as I look around and they’re all just staring at me and not saying anything. Like ok. I pick up a bag and start looking at make up and they are watching me like a hawk the entire time and standing close to me. Another customer comes around me and they ask if she needs help but doesn’t acknowledge me whatsoever. To get help I had to track a lady down and it was useless. Going to the checkout I spent a load of money and was in there less than an hour, still no one even spoke to me or acknowledged me at all. It was an awkward and weird experience. Perhaps they should consider some type of training on how to treat PAYING customers!

Air conditioning minimal. Despite State Board rules they refuse to wear gloves. Use tester products on freshly waxed faces… Ew! interested in selling product not service.

Have been a loyal benefit brow girl since day one but I moved from SC to NC. I’ve been here two years and finally found someone who was just as good(if not better) than my girl in SC. Beth at this location was wonderful! Virtually painless eyebrow/lip wax! I live in Raleigh but I will be working this stop into my travel schedule monthly.
