Awesome place to eat and the staff are great ! Food was off the hook good and hot & fresh, management were friendly and very polite, we look forward to eating here every chance we get

I don’t why it never happened before to me but I had to wait approximately an hour for my order. I will not return! Don’t wanna influence in your decision but in my personal opinion I’ll never eat in that Chillis again!!!

This is a elegant and beautiful restaurant.. Typically, fine dining restaurants tend to be on the more expensive side, but at Chilis bar and grill you receive a more casual style with low to moderate prices for dependably fine food and friendly, gracious service. Ideal atmosphere for a special occasion, such as a 50^th wedding anniversary or Valentine’s Day celebration. Order a craft beer, specialty drink, fine wine or classic margarita at the bar. The bartenders here are customer focused, skilled and knowledgeable ! I would vote this the best bar in all the region.

Chilis was very disappointing tonight. First the cilantro was old and had brown liquid sitting in the bowl and then when our skillet cookie came it was good at first. Then half way through there was a good size piece of wax paper cooked into the cookie. Nasty. The manager only comped the dessert. This place has gone to pot!

My husband and I decided to go to Chili’s for the first time in years because of the bad meal we had had previously. Unfortunately this had not improved. We ordered fajitas and not only did they lack flavor but the shrimp were under cooked we pushed them down against the hot skillet to finish cooking them. the chicken looked like it belong on salad no sizzle no flavor The tortilla container was delivered without tortillas Waitress never offered refills for our drinks. Disappointed all the way around.

It’s a chain restaurant. I’ve been to this particular location several times since 2011, and it has always been consistently ok — right in the corporate sweet spot of food that is tasty enough for us masses. Until last night’s visit.
It had been a year since I’ve visited. Interior was fine, staff was pleasant enough. But… low and behold they had a new menu. The wife had the avocado steak, medium rare (requested) and well (delivered). The dish came with a steamed cherry tomato side that had more sliced garlic in it than should be legal. Seriously… who needs 2 tablespoons of garlic in ANY single serving? I had some chicken tacos that could have been good, but the chimichurri sauce was bland and the tacos were watery. The black beans that came with looked like they had been microwaved a bit too long.
Truly, the visit was unfortunate. I gave 3 stars based on all of my visits, but had I only rated last night’s I would have been searching for the 1.5 star button.

My baked potatoe soup was cold and to cheesy wasn’t like I had it a couple weeks ago there was no bacon on it or anything just a sprinkle of shredded cheese. My boyfriends fries were cold like they were just left overs. His burger didn’t seem like it was well done it was to greasy and tastes raw. The only upside was the cookie skillet we enjoyed that. The service was decent. She seemed kind of to busy to serve us well. I only left a low tip because of the kitchen not because of the waitress.

Debris in drinks!!! Vengeful children playing in your food. Absolutely horrible. After receiving my appetizer it took over 10 minutes to get a refill. Waitress (Shauna) and staff were more concerned with taking your order and then disappearing into kitchen entry way to gossip, while poking their heads out to take a quick look. After holding an empty glass in the air as their poking their heads out, with no acknowledgement I verbally asked for a refill from across the room. Upon receiving 3 full refills at once with an attitude I noticed debris in my glass. It looked like pink snot and sesame seeds. Then the food came out, I could not eat because of the thought of what was done to it. I proceeded to carefully collect all the debris in the glass and place on a napkin to bring to Shauna’s attention. She said she informed her manager Ashton and that they would comp my appetizer. Ashton did not even attempt to come to our table and speak with us personally, which shows true unprofessionalism and a lack of caring or responsibility for their service. After leaving I proceeded to go to their website and answer their survey. In my survey I asked to be contacted by Ashton or their area management or owner to discuss my visit. It’s been a month and no contact has been attempted. Do not go there, and if you do watch what’s in your food!!! Shauna, find another career. Ashton, stay away from the service industry you obviously do not care.

I will never go to this restaurant again. The service was mediocre and the food was bearable… Or so I thought until an hour later when I started throwing up. Thank you so much for the food poisoning Chilis.

3.5 stars — I’ll round up the number today. But definitely in between «Yay, I’m a fan» and «A-​OK»
Disclaimer: I’m the last guy that will rave about chain food. I’m a eat-​local try-​the-​hole-​in-​the-​wall place… I like to experiment. So today was kind of a shock for both my wife and I.
The experience this evening was all around… competent! (!!!)
I know right?
Place: Clean, renovated this past year.
Service: My wait staff was attentive and diligent
Food: Shockingly good. Neither the salsa nor guacamole was salty or underseasoned. They were fresh. The chips were fresh made. My short rib enchilada — same thing… seasoned appropriately, my wife’s tequila chicken bowl-​something or other was equally competent. Kids — they’re easy to please — pizza and chicken fingers what else? My ice tea — I normally ask for half-​half, but forgot to do so, but it didn’t matter… it was not sickeningly sweet… it was just right.
Price: No surprises there. it was inexpensive.
My wife and I were both pleasantly surprised. We will come back when we’re in the mood for American style grill. Good value this evening. No complaints. Competent dining experience. Keep it up.
Oh wait… no, one minor complaint… get some local craft brews in there please. Blue moon is not a craft brew… it just isn’t. neither is PBR although I don’t mind it in the summer time… they had Sam Adams Oktoberfest, but common… that’s it? Besides, its Fall and 50 degrees out… you don’t drink American Lager this time of year unless you’re old (or young), and/​or you’re just looking to get intoxicated. I would have ordered a beer or two which would have raised profit margins if you had on tap something worth drinking… just sayin’. But if you’re fine with me drinking ice tea, I’m good with it too… it was pretty good actually.
Hint: Southern Pines Brewing Company IPA in the Winter… and their Cream Ale in the Summer.

Reason for visit: usually a beer and something on TV
Service: Emily set the restaurant a few times but I mostly sit at the bar. The bartender’s are friendly and very quick to give you service if it is not busy. Once he gets busy it seems like they get overloaded. The management helps out as best they can but it always seems like there shortstaffed.
Food: there’s nothing fancy here but there are some good lunch options and the basic American style grill food. I would not go here for a four star meal, nor what I go for healthy meal but if you want to have some spinach dip watch some football, and have a beer, with some smiling faces look no further

Don’t go here if you want your food quickly!!! The food took too long. Place is your basic chain restaurant. At least the waitress was nice… we think her name was Rayna or Rachel.

Friendly waitress and really good food! Went in a few weeks ago between lunch and dinner with a friend. The server was very nice, attentive (but never hovered) and helpful! Out food came out pretty quickly and tasted very good to boot! I would definitely recommend getting a margarita with your meal! I loved mine! Good experience overall!

Place was pretty empty for a Friday evening. We were seated right away and waitress was pleasant. The food was good and delivered to our table quickly. Our waitress was very attentive. A pleasant experience overall.

Been disappointed with service and food quality. Sad face.

Terrible fajitas, all onions and absolutely no seasoning, cold fries for our burger, and everyone but our actual waitress was helpful

We gave it three trys. We’re done. My husband really likes Chili’s, especially their ribs. This particular location has very poor service. All three times we were disappointed in the service. We have had everything from being ignored while standing at the front door to waiting too long for our food, to getting the wrong food.

It’s Chili’s; consistently the same everywhere. If you’re craving chain-​food, it delivers.
This location gets pretty busy evenings and weekends as there aren’t a lot of large chain restaurants in the general area.
