Adrian’s Collision Centers

I’ve had a few vehicles repaired by Adrian’s Collision. They always did a nice job. Very professional and great customer service. I always recommend them to family and friends. Call them and see for yourself.

This is the worst place I’ve ever been to. They half hook my bumper on the car and part of it fell out while I was driving, the so called manager Bob refused to repair the bumper or even put in the screws that they failed to put in on the car in the first place. On top of that they damaged my windshield washers by getting the hose caught in the finder! This place is the worst collision shop in Michigan ! Stay away!

In my honest opinion, the damage to my car was not nearly as extensive as they claimed. For a simple rear-​end damage to the lower edge/​trimming on my bumper I was given an estimate of over $ 1300.
To see if my gut was right, I went to another shop and was quoted half this price :-/​
The justification for the estimate that Adrian gave me was that they suspected damage to some parts underneath the bumper and so instead of simply replacing the trim they were replacing the whole bumper.
Whatever.
I was initially annoyed because they had me reschedule my initial appt due to their unawareness at the time of my scheduling they failed to realize the painter was not in on that day. This pushed my service day back another 2 days, but I was promised that the painter would paint the new parts a day prior to my arrival and that they would keep my vehicle for only one day.
They kept their promise. Turns out that there was supposedly some damage beneath the bumper that wasn’t visible until it was removed. I can’t argue that because I would hate to have only addressed the vanity issues only to later encounter some trouble later on due to not addressing some underlying issue.
All-​in-​all, I am content with the job that they did. Customer service was excellent. They maintained professionalism and efficiency, despite the scheduling mishaps.
Would I return here or recommend??? Yes, but only if you have insurance coverage ;-) because they will beef it up to the max!
