Dunkin’ Donuts

The grilled cheese was disgusting as it was soggy and not done. The girl at the counter tried to pocket 5 dollars, I had to go back inside to ask for my money. Then she says crazy morning… yeah right! I will NEVER go here again. I have already started telling my co-​workers of my FAB visit, and our office is right around the corner.

This was a first and last trip experience. After reading the reviews today, I really wish I would’ve read Rhonda G’s review last night. Live and learn I guess.
Stopped here last night cause I had a donut craving (pregnancy is strange — I never crave donuts) and wanted some hot chocolate to go with. DD has one of the few donuts I like — Apple cinnamon — so I was hoping I’d get lucky. It was just past 9PM on a Friday night though, so I wasn’t overly optimistic.
Once inside there really wasn’t much of a selection. Jelly. Boston Cream. Custard filled. Plain. Chocolate. I asked for a hot chocolate, and Davette said the machine was down. Ok. I inquired what the red heart shaped donut was filled with and she said «Custard like the Boston Cream» like I was supposed to know that already. I was pretty furious at that point. I wanted to tell her off and walk out, but the donut craving was strong and Biscuit (baby) demanded a donut. I opted for a Boston Cream. She asked if that was it and then I remembered the Dunkaccinos they sell. I asked her if they had Dunkaccinos or if it was the same machine and she rudely told me «I don’t have that because it’s the same machine an it’s down.» Look DAVETTE, I don’t work at DD and never have so I don’t know the operation of things here. I said «ok.» Then she just stood there staring at us for a few seconds before asking «is that it?» At that point I wanted to grab the donut and throw it in her face! My husband gave her the money, and I grabbed the bag and walked out.
I was really kicking myself for not just going to the DD on Orchard Lk. Never again!

The quality and staff has gone down! How come my coffee tastes better at other dunkin donuts but here it tastes off? Not to mention the staff is slow (and shouldn’t even be around food) and I had to walk out twice because once the guy was taking to long doing something else (and no one was in there) and one lady couldn’t even understand my simple order of no cream or sugar (and she wasn’t even foreign). So get it together DD, act normal!

Dunkin Donuts are relatively few and far between Detroit compared to the rest East Coast. That’s why when you walk into work every morning with a cup or bag of this stuff people are usually a little envious.
By now I can be in and out in 30 seconds some days. They know my order and make it perfect every day. At 6AM the donuts and coffee are fresh.

If there is more than 2 people in line. Your order will be wrong. Un organized and napkin station kind of messy
