Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake Shop

Great location. This is my favorite Tim Horton’s location around town. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Customer service is on point here. The drive through is always quick and they get the orders correct. Def my go to coffee shop when I need to switch up on my Starbucks fix. Great coffee as well! Highly recommend this place!

It’s not the biggest or baddest Tim Horton’s, but not the worst either. I came here this morning to meet up with a co worker, grabb some coffee and a quick bite to eat. Seating here is limited and goes fast. I had to snag one of the few booths they have available quickly because we needed the table space.
Selection of bagels and donuts is pretty standard here, and the staff is nice enough. I couldn’t hear them call my drink order so it sat there for a few minutes before my co worker pointed it out. Place is clean and well kept, just not enough seating here. Would probably stop in here again when I’m on this side of town.

After waiting again in line for 10 minutes today, I was yelled at by the server when I explained that I didn’t get my sandwich yesterday. I understand that they cannot give me a free sandwich if I didn’t turn around to come back for it or call, but I was at work ½ hour away when I found out. An apology with an explanation would have been nice, not to be yelled at & made to feel like a thief. The manager was no better, telling me I need to start looking in my bag. When I told him he needs to train his employees not his customers, he told them not to give me the sandwich (which I was still being charged for). Now running late, I had to convince them to sell me the sandwich! Although this Tim Hortons is close to home, I will buy my breakfast, bagels for staff, and donuts for students at the Northwestern store. There my orders are always accurate with friendly service, although it is out of my way.

First of all this place is always cold like a freezer. And there is no wifi their because the owner wants the costumers to order and leave specially students. All student moving to Starbucks that across the street it better anyway with high speed internet

I know Tim Hortons is Tim Hortons but they’re not all the same. This one has the best coffee. Always hot and service is GREAT + FAST.

Always go through the drive thru here. They’re super fast and very nice and friendly. Today was the first time I actually sat inside to get some studying done. The owner kept on talking loudly with the employees and wouldn’t quiet down. And I was at the furthest table from the register. Maybe they aren’t used to people coming and sitting inside, but I hears every word of their conversation and wasn’t too excited about it. Great from the outside and drive thru, but don’t plan on sitting inside again.

Food here is tip top, coffee is great, food always tastes fresh and is a good temperature. I’ve been here a lot on my way to work and coming home, so I guess they were bound to mess up my orders a few times, which they have. I have been shorted a bagel, and given the wrong soup. They were good to fix my order when I went back, but it would have been nice to get it right the first time.

My favorite Tim Hortons! Everyone is so friendly and they are accurate with drive thru orders. The guys who run the drive thru make my mornings!

Hello Tim Hortons! Goodbye Starbucks. I am in love with this new Tim Hortons that opened up in West Bloomfield. Prior to this location I had never been to a Tim Hortons before. This spot is 24 hours and has a drive thru. I used to see long lines at the drive thru so I would park and go in for my coffee but one day it was snowing so hard I decided to get in the drive thru lane. I was expecting at least a ten min wait but I was thru and done in about three min. These people r on the ball! The coffee is hands down the best Ive ever had and their donuts are very soft and light which I love! I hate firm heavy donuts like the kind at Dunkin. My kids love their breakfast sanwiches and hot chocolate. I tried their chicken noodle soup the other day for breakfast it was so good I swear it made me happy all day :) the best thing about this place is that the service is beyond outstanding and it is genuine xo Tim Hortons I cant wait to try some more items off your menu mwah!

This location is fairly new and since it’s opening, it has become my favorite Tim Horton’s. I have only used the drive thru service, but I get my food/​coffee within minutes of ordering and the staff is always so friendly. They are clean, they don’t forget anything I order or may need (such as a straw or napkins — the little things!), and they are quick! I highly recommend taking a coffee break from Orchard Lake traffic and getting some Tim Horton’s.

Place was actually small compare to outside view. Since its new building and equipment, food and drink taste fresh and well made. Each seat had power plug in most awkward place but it was better than not having any power outlet.
Staff was very friendly and well trained.
If you’re looking for spacious place to seat and do stuff I wouldn’t recommend this place due to the size of the store. But definitely nice place to get a coffee. :)
