I first found out about Eskimo Jack’s while walking in Oakland Mall. It’s located where the old Mrs. Fields used to be. My boyfriend and I decided to check it out, and we saw that they were ice cream cookie sandwiches made with freshly baked cookies! We ordered one with a chocolate chip cookie and an M&M cookie surrounding a mound of vanilla ice cream. It ended up only being around $ 3 something, which is a great price! It was also really delicious and hit the spot :) we will definitely be returning, and we’ve already told all of our friends/family about this place :)

These guys have the absolute best ice cream sandwiches. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE A DIABETIC!
Or if you are then don’t eat for the rest of the day. But besides sending your kids on a sugar high, these will add a smile to anyone’s day
