I wish I could review FedEx corporate. I believe they allow their employees to behave in this manner. Their staff lies and they don’t do their jobs. They have me calling the shipper/vendor to find out why FedEx can’t deliver my pkg. How would the shipper know why FedEx can’t deliver? They don’t leave door tags, but the driver claims they did. I have email notification. The only way I knew the driver had been here is because of that email. I was here all day, no knock on the door, no txt notification, no following instructions left on my FedEx account/profile and no door tag. This is the 6th time this has happened in 2 months. What in heavens name is wrong with these people! They can’t read or maybe it’s because I complained the 1st time. So now they’re coming up with any excuse not to deliver my pkgs. That is such poor customer service, I think the dept of commerce needs to look into how they do business. Especially since each delivery was an Express delivery, and FedEx is not delivering the pkgs within that time frame. Isn’t that considered theft?! You pay this money for 2 day service and FedEx takes 3 days to deliver it, if they deliver it at all. Jeez they absolutely suck!!!

So absolutely ghetto and ridiculously unhelpful it’s amazing. I’d leave them negative stars if possible. Avoid this location at all cost and fed ex really needs to revamp this location, its employees and customer experience all together. Wow.

Poor lady at the desk needs someone else working with her. One person helping 8 customers. She’s nice. But poor lady. Jeez. Waiting for 39 minutes so far and counting. This is madness. Came back to edit: it’s been 58 minutes now. Still waiting.
