I ran in to print a couple items off for work and there was no wait! 3 people were on staff, all were pleasant and wished me a good day. The woman that helped me new exactly what I wanted when asking for a higher quality paper and was wonderful. This will be my new go to fedex location even with it being a few miles out of the way.

How do you screw up an site to store order? Not reading the box unfortunately. I visited FedEx with my shipping confirmation in hand. I provide my name, the associate gave me the box, I signed and left. To my disappointed my fitness waist wrap was actually a Minnie Mouse pop up hamper. I don’t even have a daughter. I tried to reach them during business hours and for more than 1 hour they did not answer the phone. The manager was not helpful when I came in to return the box and get the right package. Some little girl’s mother is not going to be happy when she sees the box that I ripped apart trying to open.
