I was in metro Detroit a few weeks ago and my son decided he wanted a pizza. We had ordered out around 10:00 p.m. The delivery was on time (within 45 minutes). The pizza was surprisingly good and the wings were outstanding.

I usually order online from this particular Happy’s Pizza store at least 3 days a week as it is right near my university. Tonight I ordered around 10:43 pm online using their website and was expecting my delivery within an hour. At 11:55 pm, I call them up because I know they would be closing at 1 2am and I asked them about my order. The lady explained me bunch of stuff about their online ordering system and the result was they did not get the order even though I have an email confirmation. To my surprise they told me they were closing at 12 am and therefore cannot serve me. So, I will remain hungry and they just lost a customer.
As the ratings suggest, I have experienced better.

Not a good place for eat-​in dining, which is what I did. I had to order at the counter, then sit alone in the dining area, which needed the floors and table cleaned. I had the supreme pizza and some jalapeño poppers. My food came to my table boxed up for take-​out. I had to make a trip back up to the counter to ask for a paper plate and a plastic fork and my drink. No one checked on my while I ate. … but the pizza was OK.

Pepperoni, mushroom plus third topping free so I got extra cheese. It was an ok pizza. Very inexpensive so you’ve got to weigh cost vs quality. Cost won.

Open late, reasonable prices, taste good. I arrived late in Detroit and this was a nice alternative to the usual fast food joints that are opened late.

I just love this place! Even though I have never ordered a pizza from here. However, I have never ordered a pizza. However, let me tell you about the onion rings, ribs, hot dogs (Nathan’s famous)’ Fish & Chips, and really scrumptious desserts. All fabulous! The delivery folks are always timely and the food is hot! and, yes, they are really appreciative of a good tip — they deserve it!

Just got into town, I was hungry but did not want to drive to eat. I asked the front desk about a good pizza restaurant that delivers. She gave me the menu for Happy’s Pizza.
After looking at the menu, I decided on Rib tip dinner instead of pizza.
Maybe I should have ordered pizza instead.
The guy on the phone was not very nice, I could go thru another lifetime without talking to that guy.
The delivery man was very nice. He must have thanked me five times for the tip I gave him.
The rib tip was okay, but I had better in Chicago.
Maybe I will give them another chance with their pizza. I don’t know, wait and see.

This place is amazing. Pizza delivery into all hours of the night — and let me tell you, the pizza is SO GOOD! I was literally craving it for a week after one time. DELISH! To deliver a large pizza it was $ 11, which isn’t bad at all! The delivery is always fast and the drivers are always so nice and appreciative of tips! Definitely a must have for me if I’m in the area!
