My family decided to get jets pizza because they usually get shields pizza but today they decide to get jets pizza everything was fine and I had bread and asked for no Parmesan no butter no cheese of any kind and yet they still put cheese on it will not be coming back to this location After I informed them of their mistake they would not change out the bread I think I’ll stick to shields they have much better bread

I prefer this Jet’s location over others in the area. While I sometimes have to wait a few minutes for a slice, it is always hot. My only recommendation would be for this location to put out crushed red pepper. It doesn’t always seem to be on the counter.

This is the worst Jets Pizza ever. They have the worst customer service ever. Every time I call, the people that answer the phone have major attitudes. They never have anything I want to order. The latest drama was they got our number incorrect and then blamed us for it, even though I repeated the number twice. And then, they volunteered to bring us the cold pizza. I am so OVER this place. Never again am I ordering from this place again.

12−12−11 I called an order in for pickup. I ordered the 8 Corner Pizza with Jet Bread special. When I walked in I observed the cashier eating with a mouth full of food! I couldn’t help noticing his full cheeks! When he swallowed enough to talk to me and ask me my name. He got the food out the warmer and proceeded to ring me up. I asked him what was he eating. He didn’t respond. Then I asked him if he was going to wash his hands. He stated that the food he was eating was his own. So I turned around and walked out! Then when I’m getting in my car he yells FUCK YOU to me!!! I could not believe my experience at this location. Or the level of customer service I experienced!
