Pizza Hut

Why? Why in the world did I give Pizza Hut another chance? Maybe I am generalizing here since this review is based solely on this location but unfortunately for, Pizza Hut, this location has made me swear off the whole chain. You ask, «Was it ‘that’ terrible?» And I answer, «Yes, yes it was. «
Picture a salt lick. Picture licking said salt lick. There; you have just had Pizza Hut’s pizza. Keep in mind, I love salt. I admittedly overuse salt. You see, I am a smoker so my taste buds aren’t as sharp as they could be. I use salt on pretty much everything. I know, I know; such an awful habit. That said, their sauce was so incredibly salty, it made their pizza inedible.
But that’s not all ladies and gents…
Their customer service blew too. I had received an ad in the mail. This ad had your typical coupons within. I placed order mentioning a coupon deal they had. I went to pick up pizza and left this ad at home. They would not give me the quoted price unless I had the damn ad. My fault for forgetting the ad? Yes. But seriously, it’s an ad that they probably had 100 copies of lying around yet they refused to honor it. So, they made me trek back home for the ad. Had they wanted a repeat customer, they would have just said, «Don’t worry about it; we got you.» But they didn’t. It was annoying. Back to get the ad I go. When I return, my pizza is cold and the staff is rude, like the whole situation put them out in some way. Ugh! Never again, I say. Never again!

i luv this pizza hut, my God kids luuuuuuuuuuuuuuuvvvvvv pizza hut so i take them their every once awhile. this location is much better them the one on dix avenue. alot of great specials on pizza.

I really don’t know why I keep coming here.
I guess it’s because they accept credit cards and they’re a sit-​down pizza place. These two conditions are rarely met Downriver, so Pizza Hut it is.
They usually only have one server on duty, so getting seated/​served/​drinks/​food takes FOREVER.
The food also takes an unreasonable amount of time to come out. Our breadsticks took 25 minutes to come out. Our pizza came out pretty soon after but we really didn’t have time to enjoy our appetizer.
Oh, the pizza sucks. That’s another reason I hate Pizza Hut… Too little generosity with their toppings, especially the cheese. That’s just a crime!
Skip Pizza Hut, stay at home and order a pizza from somewhere else. The price you pay is not worth what you get here.
