this is one of those DDs on the way to work that sometimes i actually stop at because i cant make it a few more miles without coffee before work.
I never go to the drive-thru but its always crazy backed up and even inside it seems like its a focus here — the customers inside arent as important. most of the people that go to the drive thru dont know how to properly use a parking lot and end up blocking the entrance/exit so if you were not lazy and went inside chances are your departure will be delayed by these drive thru line backuppers.

Every time I go to this DD it gets worse and worse. Today was one of like 4 times they have gotten my order wrong. HOW HARD is it to give me a corn muffin with just butter NOT heated??? Are they dumb? And then I order a Chai and its half full! Give me a break. We’re going to one of the other 8 DD’s in Southington now, this one sucks!
