One of the best Dunkin Donuts around. Service was friendly and prompt. Definitely coming back soon!

Went through the drive-through at this DD. I’ve been here plenty of times before, and always found them consistently good. Unfortunately, this time they were out of the bagel flavor I wanted. I tried a sun-dried tomato bagel, but it turned out to be disappointing. It really didn’t taste like anything, to be honest. There were tiny flecks in the bagel, but instead of being red, they were green. Some type of herb, I guess. But why wouldn’t you see bits of red flecks for the sun-dried tomatoes? Oh, I get it. They forgot the tomatoes. That’s why it had no taste. Then, after I pulled away and was on the road, I sipped my iced coffee. It was horrible. If I wasn’t already on the on-ramp to 84 I would have turned around and taken it back. It was so watered down it wasn’t even funny. It just tasted like dirty dishwater. Yuk! Obviously I’m not returning anytime soon. I understand that chains can’t always control their franchises, but chains are supposed to provide consistency in their product. Lately I have been noticing that the Dunkin Donuts are watering down the coffee(and perhaps even forgetting the sun-dried tomatoes) in an attempt to save money. But since I’m not going back to this location, all it did for them was to lose them a customer. Not a good money-saving strategy at all.
