This is a company with low integrity. I was fired because the owner tried to force me to sign a medical release. They sell used furniture as new, lie about delivery dates, and treat high end customers badly.

I purchased over $ 10,000 worth of furniture from Anderson’s and was told it would be about 8 weeks for delivery — 10 max. We are now past 10 weeks and they are telling me they cannot tell me when my furniture will be delivered. Claimed the manufacturer is very backed up and it may be 12 – 14 weeks before my furniture is delivered. Now that I’ve read other reviews, I realize I made a mistake purchasing from Anderson’s. I will not be buying from them again.

We purchased a MIchael Amini bedroom suite at a local consignment store. We needed some handles replaced. I went into Anderson’s — these are the worse«I don’t really care — you did not buy here people» I have ever seen. What they do not know is I am about to buy another bedroom suite and an Amini comforter. I will take my business elsewhere and hope everyone else does also.

Horrible experience. I was treated poorly due to shopping for accessories and not furniture. Liz did not even try to attempt to help me. She was too busy gossping with the other«workers» up at the front and eating popcorn. The gossip was very catty in content. I bought several items and she ordered one item for me telling me I would have it in two weeks. A month later and nothing, I made numerous calls to Liz and to the customer service department. 6 weeks later I finally get a call that my item was at the store. I walked in and Liz did not even acknowledge me for a while, she looked at me and nodded toward my item and said«there it is». I waited a few seconds and asked if she was going to wrap it and put it in a bag due to it being breakable and she glared at me and said no, we don’t have anything for that. So, I asked her if she would at least get the door for me. She hesitated and said, «I guess I can take it to your car». She was hateful and rude. The weirdest part was the manager was standing right there and didn’t say a thing.

Horrible customer services from the floor salespersons to the management. Was promised awesomeness and given nothing. Lied to for 6 months straight about furniture that never existed. They had floor pieces available that they sold to other customer while I waited on ultimately nothing. Don’t waist your time.

Ok, so since my little rant the other day… I finally got some real answers and got everthing with Anderson’s straightened out. Elizabeth, one of the salespersons, was very helpful and let me know that the manufacturers had the wrong item number on their site and she was very apologetic about the whole thing! She made sure that the bed we had was picked up promptly and made sure everything else was taken care of. So, to make a long story short, I decided to go ahead and stick with Anderson’s and instead of just getting a refund, I decided to exchange the bed and give them another chance!

We walked in to check out items for our narrow living room. Tammy greeted us. We spent probably about 2.5 hours with her. She gave us so many suggestions. She answered all our questions. She was very patient with us. We moved furniture around to find the perfect living room set. We were happy we walked in here and can’t wait for our furniture to be delievered. Thank you Tammy for being so helpful!!! I originally started this review with 5 stars but took a star off as we had a few problems with the delivery of our items. There must be miscommunication between these two departments as we were given a date and then told that our furniture was not ready until til«probably next week». I would assume they knew when our products would be ready exactly? We were told by one department that part of our furniture was ready but they would charge us a split delivery if we wanted those sent to us? With being a little frustrated, we were told we weren’t going to get charge as we already had free delivery? Thats fine. Now for the rest of the furniture — it still wasn’t ready and probably be in next week? I heard that last week? In the end, we ended up talking to the manager and now our last piece of furniture will be delivered at the end of the week instead of waiting another week?
