Jamba Juice

First time here about a week ago with my bf to satisfy our Jamba craving. I had recently received a free birthday smoothie as part of their Jamba rewards club, so I proceeded to inquire about what kind of smoothie I could redeem it for. After we both ordered, the screen told me I had additional Jamba rewards after entering my phone number. I asked how I could find out what those rewards were, as I didn’t get an email for those. I was disappointed that neither staff member could easily answer my question, they rather talked amongst themselves about whether they should or should not get the manager… Thankfully they did, and although I’m still not clear on how to keep track of my rewards, they were very nice in helping show how to redeem rewards when you’re at a store purchasing. The drinks were delicious of course!!! The only downside to this location is the type of area it is in; not the best place to simply pull up and grab a smoothie because parking is a b*@t!

Love Jamba Juice! I love the mango flavor drinks. Fresh squeezed juices, healthy and a real treat. It’s a bit pricy but worth it.
The service is great and BD the only thing that would make it better would be a drive through.

Nice staff but super pricy for fresh fruit juice, especially when they give you mostly foam and hardly any juice. Nine dollars for a large drink when you can get a jar of fresh squeezed orange juice at Kroger for seven bucks?! They should have given us the extra in the pitcher after pouring our two drinks. So they kept all the juice and poured us two cups of foam. Rip off.

Somehow this location always runs well and service is great. Which is really surprising considering the amount of kids that work here. But they keep it humming along, making damn finer smoothies.

I wish your location opened at 7. I work at grapevine and your location is the closest one to me. I love your smoothies.

Super fast, pleasant employees, and a clean, well-​maintained store., the bagel and smoothie is exactly what I needed… I’ve never tried an apple cinnamon bagel… Till now. Not bad, kind of reminds me of a warm rained bread, quite good actually! I will be back, I’m sure!

I’m a little bias towards this location since I worked here for a few years when I was in high school.
The staff keeps this place remarkably clean, and always smells like fresh OJ. Everyone is very friendly here, haven’t ran into an employee that wasn’t nice.
JJ doesn’t use syrups like other smoothie places. That’s the main reason I chose JJ. They have a range of smoothies that are pure fruit and veggies, no ice cream or sorbet. Apples ‘n’ Greens is my current go-​to. Fruit, juice, and some kale. Muy bueno.
Parking is definitely a pain since it’s in Town Square, but that’s not their fault.
Overall, this place rocks.

Many moons ago I was a high school student having to do a silent dinner activity for a sign language class, where a group of 4 of us sit around somewhere for 30 mins or so and only use ASL. We decide to meet up at a restaurant in the southlake town center which was still relatively new at the time, three of us had a band concert that night so we car pooled and another one of us worked in the area. So at the very least I had rode with another one of the band people and after we had eaten he had a hankering for some Jamba Juice after dinner. Oh my goodness I was hooked. I don’t get to come out to this location very often but I usually try to stop here whenever I’m in the town center for one reason or another. (They usually get some chain stores before they pop up in the malls.)

Love their aloha pineapple smoothie light. Thought I’d stop by and use this as a quick lunch. There was only one person working there so the wait was a little longer than expected but she did a great job having to work the register and the machines.

Sixteen, peach pleasure! Do it.

Fast service and order was correct as ordered.
The drinks they make here are fantastic, on par with other jamba juices in the nation. I’ve always loved the Strawberries Wild and the Banana Berry. If you go here, I would recommend getting either one.

I like this location. I can pop in to Barnes and Noble to pick up a book, then stop in for Jamba Juice on my way to Williams & Sonoma before heading over to the Southlake library to study. There are not many choices for healthy food in the town square area (unless you want to go across 1709 to Central Market) so I usually stop in here when I get hungry.
The drinks made here always taste better than the other locations I have been to. The employees seem to change fairly regularly and I am pretty sure all Jamba Juices use the same ingredients shipped from the same vendors so I don’t know why it’s better here. Whatever the reason, it keeps me coming back.

I have been to many different Jamba Juices over the years, and I love the Southlake location because the staff is always really friendly.
On hot days the line is always really long, but it is long because there are few things better (that also will not require you to go to the gym twice as long that day…) on a hot Texas summer day. I tried the new fruit refreshers the other day, I got pineapple and my mom got strawberry lemonade. The drinks were quite good and not as filling as the usual Jamba smoothie is. The pineapple reminded me of a piña colada and the strawberry lemonade reminded me of strawberry cheesecake. Yum.

I have only been here once but my experience was not a good one. I got 3 different flavors of smoothies and all 3 were incredibly bitter. I was not impressed. I am more a –what’s that place in the malls? frutalatti? type of girl. The patrons and staff were snobs and I won’t be back.

Come on, it’s Jamba Juice!
