Terrible customer service. They refused to tell me the person I had been working with for months was no longer with the company and flat out refused to help me with a few minor things needed with some watches. I was basically told to go somewhere else. So, I will… for all my jewelry and watch needs. Stay away from this place.

I sent my almost grown boys to another jeweler in the areas with two Rolex watches I acquired from a bulk jeweler purchase I made. My boys are 18 and 17 so old enough to know a thing or two about jewelry. They were trying to see if they were real or very good fakes. I can tell the difference on most but these were tough. They were treated like criminals and I told them to leave. They then went to Pieter Andries where they were treated with complete respect. The staff there knows that they may very well be customers in the near future and they are building a reputation. Thank you!!! I have many pieces that need repairing, resizing, etc. and I will be bringing them in. The store will never get rich from me but they have solidified their solid reputation. Again, thank you for showing my teenagers that just because they are young doesn’t mean they are any less important than anyone else.

I bought my fiancé’s engagement ring from Pieter Andries a couple months back. Walking into the store, and seeing the fine watches and high caliber jewelry they had for sale, and knowing the quality and custom work they do for clients worldwide, I knew I was probably on the very low end of their customer strata, especially as far as how much I was going to spend— That being said, I was treated like the most important customer they had ever worked with, every time I walked in the door– James (the employee I worked with), helped me create the perfect custom ring considering my fiancé’s desires, and price constraints. He helped me understand what was truly important, and what was not important in regards to all things engagement rings. The best part was that he was never forceful, and never tried to up sell me on anything, which stood in stark comparison to the rather forceful, devious, and snaky salesmen I had talked with at some of the major retail diamond stores. He simply explained to me the options I had for the designs I was thinking of, what each option cost, and let me decide what I wanted to spend (if I even wanted to spend my money there at all). I was also given a tour of their jewelry lab, where they make the custom jewelry right there in the store.
OVERALL, a truly personable experience, with trustworthy genuine employees, that will help you get the exact design you want, for the best value. I left the store knowing I had created the best ring and diamond I could have for my fiancé. They have earned a loyal customer, and I will most definitely go back in the future.

What a wonderful store! My Dad is in the process of having a piece designed here so when I said I needed to find my wedding band he didn’t even hesitate to take me here. Shalayne Heffner was absolutely wonderful to work with. I gave her my vision of what it will look like and she started moving about the store on a mission. She was able to find exactly what I had pictured and then some.
Pieter is a wonderful, good spirited, love life kinda guy. It was a pleasure to meet him and learn about the business. He showed us the back room as everything there is done in house so they are able to produce, fix, engrave with out any problems. Getting the mini-​tour and seeing how much he loves his job made me feel very taken care of for something as special as a wedding band. Its very important to find a quality jeweler you can trust and I am so glad that I have mine.

Pieter is a fabulous gentleman who happens to run the finest jewelry store in town. I my rare Brietling watch to Pieter for repair or maintenance. They always take very good care of me even though they prefer I get a Rolex instead. They are a Rolex place supreme. Also look at the fine diamonds. Best selection in Texas for your bride.
