Recently had 4 rings resized. Very nice job and I was pleased with the price.

Southlake jewelers are my only option. I first visited their store when I was looking for an engagement ring. I already had pricing for the exact cut and style that I was looking for from multiple searches online and through friend recommendations. Chris showed me a stone in person that trumped everything else that I had seen so far. They even offered suggestions to lower the overall price.
I wanted to do a little more research before pulling the trigger so I took about a month between then. They did not hassle me once during that time. I came back in and he remembered my name, the exact cut, and all the details that I shared.
They have helped me on numerous occasions since then. My watch which was a sentimental present from my fiancé had the glass cracked and was not «fixable» according to the manufacturer due to the shape of the glass, was somehow fixable within a weekend with a stronger Chrystal glass front for almost nothing. I won’t buy from that manufacturer but i will always use southlake jewlers in the future, even if I move.

I’ve been a customer for years. Their staff is always very courteous and friendly. I like the personal attention you receive from their staff as well. They are also very knowledgeable. I’ve bought retail items, had watches repaired, batteries replaced, and custom pieces done. I’ve found there turnaround time on custom/​repair work to be very fast and their prices to be very competitive/​reasonable. They do great appraisal work as well. I’ve always been very happy in all my dealings with Southlake Jewelers. So much so, I’ve recommended them to countless friends, coworkers and family members. When it comes to my jewelry needs, I don’t know why I’d want to shop anywhere else. Southlake Jewelers is the best.

This jewelry store was handy to where I shop. I asked them to resize my engagement ring. The nice young man used the ring-​sizer tool, and we agreed on the smaller size so my ring wouldn’t be so loose. The size 7 on the tool fit perfectly, not too loose nor too tight. When I came 2 weeks later to pick my ring up, it was way too tight. After paying $ 50+ for the resize, they told me I had to pay another $ 25 so they could «tap it out» so it would fit me again. I don’t think this was fair, and I said. I even used the sizer to show the gentleman the sizer-​tool still fit just right, but the ring was too tight. I don’t think I should have been charged since they sized my ring incorrectly. But he insisted on me paying if I wanted it done. This seemed like a scam, but I paid it as I felt I had no choice. If I went to another jeweller, they would charge me full price again and I was already close to $ 100 just for a simple resize. I would say they cheated me. I won’t visit them again.

I purchased an engagement ring from Southlake Jewelers several months ago and they went above and beyond to meet my needs. From design to sizing after the proposal, they have left me with no doubt that I made the right decision to work with them.
They really care about their clients and do everything they can to do an excellent job and exceed expectations. Highly recommend. Thanks SJ!

I called ahead to find out if Southlake Jewlers staff knows how and replaces batteries in Ebel watches. They stated that they did so I took 2 of them in. They broke the stem off one of them and marred the face screw so now it snags everything. The other one is running again but loses time (may be the watch itself though and not bad battery) I would not go there again.

Friendly, helpful, and fast battery replacement, reseal and pressure testing! Fair price. Will go back.

They were incredible. As soon as I walked in the door, Chris warmly greeted me! I brought in my 109 y.o. vintage engagement ring to be sized and he immediately inspected the ring, the prongs and assured me they would take good care of it! Two days later they called and I went to pick it up. A day later I took it back to get sized again (my error, not theirs!!) and they called me the next day with it. When I picked it up there was no charge! I was so thrilled with Chris’ eye for detail and great customer service that I took my fiancée’ back two weeks later to buy his tungsten wedding band!
They are top notch! I am SO happy I stopped in!

This store was referred to me by two very credible people. However, when I went in to speak with someone regarding selling a very expensive diamond, I was treated very poorly. First, they offered me half of what I had been offered at other jewelers. Then when I told the guy that I had received double that offer at another jewelry store, and that even the other jeweler had said that amount was low, he told me that I should take that offer because there is no way the diamond is worth that amount. He also told me that my appraisal on the diamond (appraisal is for $ 27,000) wasn’t worth the paper it was written on. When I asked about consignment, he told me they do consignment at times, but would never do it with my ring, since it was poorly made. Ultimately, they may be good if you want to buy jewelry from them or get something fixed, but I would advice against trying to sell them jewelry.

I really like this Jewelers. I took in some earrings & that I guess I had been given when I had gotten my ears peirced … and wanted expensive stuff because my older sister who was in high school when I was in late elementry was always getting expenisive stuff because of an allergy to some of the fake cheeper metals. Got a good amount for all of that which I wasn’t expecting. I also picked out a new ring because the hubby and I agreed that I need a wedding ring that isn’t going to scratch when I’m holding hands or accedently scratch a kiddo when changing diapers or picking them up at work. So luckly I ended up getting enough for my «trade ins» to get a new ring and some extra to take the kiddo out to dinner and for a treat after the fact.

My wife and I took two relatively inexpensive watches to Southlake Jewelers for new batteries. They completed the job in ten minutes at a very fair charge. We will be back!

Southlake Jewelers opened in 1996 and I’ve been a happy customer of theirs since. The owners and operators — Jim Bob, Bill, Ryan, Chris, & Troy — are all GREAT to work with! They have replaced many watch batteries & stones, repaired items, and re-​designed my wedding ring on our 10 year anniversary. I am always extemely pleased with their craftsmanship and customer service — wouldn’t dream of ever using another jeweler.
