Southside Cycle

Not happy at all.
After several days of calling the shop I finally reached the co-​owner.
I gave this shop my motorcycle along with a list of items that needed attention as well as instructions to go over it from top to bottom and repair whatever is needed, plus to clean it.
Ended up needing a rear tire, fluids and two switches replaced.
Great difficulty reaching the shop, I left VMs on both the shop phone as well as the owners cell phone, none of the calls were returned.
They kept the bike two weeks which caused me to have to cancel a business trip out west.
I finally got the bike back after two weeks, it was still dirty, still having trouble with one of the switches and all I got was «We’re sorry for the delay, see you next time», I think not.
Sad service.
