First appointment with Dr Hayes went very well. The check staff was very courteous. Her medical assistant Monica was very personable and gentle taking my vitals. Emily, her intern asked me a lot of personal questions for establishing as a new patient. She was non judging and genuinely seemed interested and engaging. Dr Hayes is very friendly. Listened and heard(there’s a difference) all of my concerns. I love that she is on the same page as me regarding treatment methods with meds or surgery as a last resort. I believe the human body has a higher ability to heal itself than given credit for. Feeling blessed to have her as my new PCP

Dr. Hayes and her Asst Monica are very nice and easy to talk to. I love the fact that I can ask Dr. Hayes questions and she has answers. She is a Doctor that does not judge and listens with great eye contact and that makes me feel that she cares about me and wants to see me do good. After seeing her, I feel like improving myself for the better. Dr. Hayes also sees my Mom and Dad and takes great care of them and she is on top of all there meds. Thank You Dr. Hayes Matt Kuehnis

Just had my first visit with Dr. Hayes. My husband and i were very pleased. I have a long list of medical issues and she just went through each one talked about it and checked the medicines. She spent time with me and did not feel rushed at all. Nice person and very professional.

My first appointment with this doctor was lost by the front desk. They made and confirmed the appointment with me and didn’t put it in the doctor’s book. After waiting about 40 minutes, I saw the nurse practicioner. I told them that my goal was to be a patient of a primary care physician and was told that I was now Dr. Hayes’ patient but that she couldn’t see me that day. My next visit, I also saw the nurse who gave me a referral to a specialist. The doctor didn’t stop by during that appointment, either. When I called last week and left a message that I was ill and needed to see the doctor, my call was unreturned and then, when I called today to follow up, I was instructed that I WASNOT a patient of the doctor, that I was a patient of the nurse practicioner who had left the practice and I would need to wait now for the next new patient appointment in about a month. Bad news.
